Day #4 and no water or ice. This Texas heat is unbearable and unfortunately this is the closest ace to me and my kids. Ridiculous

No water. You go there a long way and there's no water. Shame on you.

Third time in a row, NO WATER. It's a joke of a place, I'll find something else.

Water mill is Always out of order. Leaking from all around bottom and so much water waste, going down parking lot and down the street. .poor service.

Sat. Jul 8 2023 went to get water and ice, at 8:00pm. 1 side for water wasn't working, the ice was out of bags and not working ? Then an elderly man got his correct change?short changed by a quarter, his poor wife couldn't find change, so I gave them a quarter, bless their hearts, I couldn't see them leave without their water ?What happened?? Watermill Express? Please fix, lots of ppl depend on that water bcuz it's nearby and affordable...

The Watermill Express is my go-to, favorite place for filling our 5 gallon water jugs. Not only is it the most affordable option, the water tastes great, my kids love it and we drink more water all around when we have this water!The ice is a great option to when we need it!

Great if you like getting ripped off from the "change return" malfunctioning button on the ice maker side. Unfortunately I used this location because I have had great experiences with other Watermills and enjoy their water. I never received a reimbursement of my $5. I am sure many people who have lost money in this scheme thinks it is just a few dollars, but if you consider the number of people who do this, the money made by this schemer is considerable. My goal is not to get a refund, rather it to inform the mass public on all media platforms of this scheme. In addition, I wonder if this phantom, unethical owner actually maintains this machine, or if this is just a money laundering front for a criminal?
