Great quality water, but the machine is often not working well. It will steal change/not give change, so expect to spend more than advertised.

This one took my $1.50 and I received no water for one of my 5 gallon bottles when I refilled on Monday. I called the 1 800 number on it and left a voice mail in regards to that and my call has not been returned.
