This place is very unclean and the staff Changes constantly. They’ve had some decent people in the past but lately it’s gone way downhill. The lady that just took my order looked at me like I was disrupting her video watching time on her phone. I will not be coming back here anymore.

Went here a couple of days ago with my family and we got two burgers, kids meal tenders, and two shakes. Food was really good, definitely made fresh. Andrew was our server and he did a phenomenal job at making us feel welcome. I definitely recommend if you're looking for a new burger joint to try!

Came here to buy food and shakes for the kids and us on a Friday at 12 PM, however we were told they have to save the shakes for online orders. What kind of business practice is this? I’m here in person for dine in already spending $70 on food, ready to buy 5 shakes and they won’t sell them to me but rather prefer to sell them online? I don’t understand please help me understand. Do I just need to place an online order in the place?

Our 1st time coming to this place and I was craving a smashed burger but we saw Wayback burgers close to the house so we thought we give it a try.. No they don’t have smashed burgers so I decided to go with a classic burger.. just to get a good burger craving out of the way.. well this is Not the Place. I love burgers , I mean I’m a burger connoisseur, and this burger did not beat my craving.. no flavor ( even tried adding salt/pepper) and I felt meat too soft like it’s not cooked long enough ..the fries were ok, milk shake was good, thank goodness but the burger was falling apart like I said felt soft so asked for a knife so I can try to cut in half to eat it, then the girl says “ sorry we out of knives) . Whaaat? Not a knife, first time not good impression. Sorry guys but I’m into flavored and hearty burgers. Maybe it was just a bad day I chose to come.

The restaurant closes at 10:00 pm and I arrived there at about 8:20 pm on a Friday. They were NOT selling shakes because on Saturday they were going to have a promotion so they were preparing for the promotion. It does not make any sense that they were not selling shakes because of the the promotion the next day. I ordered a Classic Burger with one patty and onion rings; I don't recall the burger my daughter ordered, and my son ordered a child's burger with ketchup and tomatoes only. The order was delivered to our table timely, together and accurately. My burger appeared to be the same size as my sons child's size burger (so a little on the small side). The bun was much larger than the patty. The bun looked great but is served cold (ok not a big deal) and truly did not have much flavor. The beef patty was slightly overdone and dry. All of the condiments were squirted in the middle of the burger with zero effort to distribute the sauces. Overall my burger was on the tasteless and dry side. My onion rings were on par for what was expected, however they are not going to be winning any awards any time soon. Both my children thought their food was ok. I tried a few fries, but not recall anything specific about them. Both my kids are pretty good eaters and enjoy burgers, so they were not disappointed. Although my daughter (age 14) later said "I don't think were need to go back to that place." The staff appears to enjoy each others company which helps with the friendly vibe. The staff was helpful and friendly. They could use some coaching regarding table clean up. Other patrons would leave and the staff would push the chairs in, but made no effort to clean the table (it is a dispose your own trash type of place). There are so many good burger places in San Antonio that it does not make any sense to return to this place. I will avoid ever going back.

Food was INCREDIBLE! I loved the Cajun Burger and my wife got the Bourbon Bacon Burger! The fries were pretty good but the onion rings were AWESOME! The whole menu looked great! Gonna get a shake next time 👀
The music was so loud, I couldn't hear very well, they got my order of Bourbon Bacon Buger meal with a Dr. Pepper, wrong twice. Getting me a Coke, I didn't want and forgot the fries. The food was soggy and fell apart. Fries had been bland and unsalted.

It is hotter in the restaurant then it is outside. Service was terrible. The cashier was on her phone while she was ringing us up and throughout the entire time we were there. Even though we kept repeating the order to her, she's still rang it up wrong and did not give us a receipt.
While we were waiting for our food, doordash employee came in and the staff ignored him for over 10 minutes. Should mention the restaurant was not busy. There was only one other table that had customers besides mine. Doordash employee kept trying to get the attention of the restaurant employees and they kept ignoring him until finally he began to raise his voice at them. They immediately handed him the food and proceeded to talk s*** about him.
Food was not even good. Buns were soggy when they came to the table and immediately fell apart. We also got the wrong order but at that point we just wanted to leave.

The Life of Maryam
I went here for my birthday with my family and I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. The meat is 100% Zabiha Halal. The workers were very friendly and welcoming they even asked if we wanted to see the Zabiha certification before ordering. The beef patty was very juicy and flavorful. Would definitely recommend. Also the skies are super high quality tasting, they always have new flavors that I love to try!

I ordered the classic burger , which I thought was cooked well and was flavorful. I like the fact that every burger starts off with two patties. I also ordered the cookie butter shake which was really delicious, and tasted like Biscoff cookies. The amount of fries for a regular is more than enough which I liked but I was not a fan of the fries. They didn't have much flavor even when I added pepper. But all in all I enjoyed my meal. One more thing the restroom needs a little bit of TLC. Actually two more things, it was very hot inside, it was cooler inside the restroom then where I ate.
