I understand that unfortunately there may be instances where there is short staffing issues, however, that does not mean that allows staff to have such bad attitudes towards customers that choose to come inside and order. I don't expect smiles and a cheerful attitude to be satisfied, however, I don't appreciate rude backtalk, comments, and attitude / sizing up and down from the lady that worked the register on 11/18. Yes we have bad days and while I hope the staffing stuff clears up for the sake of the attitude towards the customers, the place was at least clean, organized, and the food was hot and fresh.

They didn't have a vanilla frosty because the machine was broken, but the frosty they gave us was good and they gave us a discount on the chocolate frosty as recompense

I am so proud of the women that worked this Wendys today. In the face of adversity with a woman making threats, swinging a stick , the women kept their compusior as a team and resolved it with no violence. Maybe they should train SAPD.

The lady at the front im not aware of her name she might be the shift lead it appears she has face tattoos. She does an amazing job i can tell she had a rough day but she's ontop her work regardless. She needs a raise !! She was so respectful .

This restaurant Lobby is on point, clean spacious and open until 10pm; Drive-thru is poppin’. Until 1am!!! Try the new chicken tenders with that Scortchin Hot sauce!
