They stop taking drive thru orders an hour before they "close" super annoying to drive there just for them to say online orders. Waste of gas and time. If you want to to eat late at night just go to Wataburger.

I had 30 minutes for lunch. Stopped in at 12:05 for a couple bacon cheeseburger whopper jr's for $5. Asked for no onions and my receipt said no onions. Got back to the job site and went to eat both had onions. For context I am allergic to onions. When I called the lady that answered the phone ( after letting it ring 9 times and hanging up on me) was the rudest I have ever dealt with. When I told her what was wrong she instantly called be a liar cuz that location doesn't put onions on any burgers they serve. I recommend just going somewhere else for your burger needs.

Ordered from Wendy's via DoorDash, expecting 3 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers, 2 regular Chicken Nugget orders, and fries.Received 1 spicy nugget order and a small portion of fries with 3 Jr. Burgers.Disappointing oversight in delivery accuracy. Quality was fine, but incomplete order leaves room for improvement in service. I had to throw away spicy nuggets.On another order they still sent spicy nuggets. I had to give them to a co worker who likes them. :/ No spicy nuggets

We ordered 3 breakfast meals and it was not busy when we went rather dead actually so we expected fast service. It wasn't quick but it didn't take forever either it was an ok time frame. However, 2 of the 3 breakfast meals I ordered were made horribly. I asked on mine specifically to add bacon...they did charge me for it but no bacon was placed and my egg was hard and rubber like I had to take it out. My daughter didn't get a bacon biscuit like we asked instead a sausage she does not even like sausage so we went ahead to call to go back and get this fixed. Called 7 or 8 times and they never answered I know they did not get busy in that little time frame to not answer one phone call. Smh so we won't be going back and for all who ask not good service.

This has been my go-to Wendy's for the past few years because it is the closest and just recently it's been because they have been the best! It has not always been that great though. It was not until I started seeing New faces... The New Night Crew: Eli (the manager), Doc, and Adrian. If you're hungry and want amazing customer service, these are the guys you will want behind the counter at Wendy's.. on San Pedro
The drive through people are cool people. My burger was hot, fresh, and awesome.
