I ordered a 10 dollar burger that is supposed to come with 4 strips of bacon not 2 strips cut into 4. When I called the area manager he barely spoke English and defended the 2 strips cut into 4.

Decided to pick up breakfast here before work. Never again. I ordered a breakfast baconator, using points. The cashier rang me up for two and when I told her I only wanted one she was really rude about it. I understand sometimes it's hard to hear through the drive thru system, but the rudeness was unnecessary. I received no receipt and she just told me to pull up. There were no other cars, so I'm sure she pulled me up just to make their times look good. The food took longer than it should have and it wasn't even hot. I had to wait until I got to my destination and microwave it. Overall this is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to and I won't be back. Do not recommend.

Its 1:51 pm, the the previous three times my order not correct. I normally dont leave bad reviews but the store got the order wrong for the fourth straight time. I normally dont complain, but 4 times is ridiculous. So thid time i returned to the store to talk to the manager because the store doesn't answer the phone. Manager then looks at me and asked whats the problem after her employee just told what the problem was because the manager at first didnt want to come to the front. So i repeat myself and then she asked me a stupid question. So i say I'm gonna be nice just give me a refund. Then i get attitude and her talking nonsense in the back to the employees and obviously i can hear her b.s. unprofessional management, if you dont like your job find one you like. I'm normally not a jerk but this lady is not management material. I can now see why this store has become trash.

First of all, the young man at the register has no business dealing with customers. Doesn’t know how to say hello thank you or anything else like that. The dining room was messy and unkept.
Customer asked for blue cheese. He just nodded his head no and finally said they don’t have any. When another customer and myself asked for a receipt, they said they were out of receipt paper. This is unacceptable. Whoever is a franchise owner for this location should be very disappointed in his staff today.

My husband and I went through the drive thru and first red flag was the rude lady saying “what’s your order” as my husband ignored the encounter he proceeded with our order and asked for a sprite she stated “um no sprite so what else you want” we just said coke to make it easy we asked for bbq sauce and sweet n sour sauce to go with the 2 separate nugget orders and asked for extra ranch sauces and we were okay w the charge for the ranch sauces. We drive up and she looked at us as if we were enemies which was weird but we ignored it. She came back w only one bag that was almost tearing and our 3 drinks. She rudely said everything’s in the bag and the window shut . In the car I could tell something was off once we got home I checked the food and sure enough burgers were falling apart , one even had a piece of plastic in the burger and no sauces only the ranch and no straws .. the sauces missing was annoying due to her asking so rudely what sauce we’d like then even paying for 2 ranches which we got but missing 2 that come for free . The straws we could ignore cause we have straws at home so it’s fine but the PLASTIC IN THE FOOD IS UNACCEPTABLE! I called and called to be hung up on and doors were locked at the location to go inside and speak directly w the lady . This location literally sucks and has people who look like druggies all sprung out working . Who’s the GM and what’s their # !?
