There's literally one car in drive thru, no people inside. It's 11:08pm and we've been waiting to order food for ten minutes and every time we ask at the drive thru we kept getting a "if you'll give us a moment". Like isn't this FAST food. What is happening. Service was better at Fredericksburg location and they closed that one down. Get it together Wendys.

First the smell in there is awful. I ordered online and they couldn’t find my order in there system. Food was trash and customer service was awful they r very rude in there . They have some of the worse attitudes ever. Should have turned around after smelling it but it’s hard to get refunds with the online order for some reason. Never again and I dnt recommend to anyone

Our order was incorrect and missing items. The baked potatoes we received were beyond burnt and dried out. Sandwich was incorrect as well. Over 30 dollars for a horrible meal.

Sadly this is the worst Wendy’s in San Antonio and that’s saying a lot because they are all pretty nasty but literally the worst. Sadly even worse they have workers that speak no English. At least not the ones that were there. Poor girl had to work both windows did not understand anything we tried to order. I tried to put it in google translate, that did not help either, she didn’t look like she could read the Spanish nor understand it when it spoke. May have just been my translator either way was sadly very very very bad.

After not getting service at Wendy’s on Culebra, we drove to This location where we encountered probably the rudest employee on earth. She didn’t greet us, instead she proceeded to have attitude. Apparently we were bothering her to do her job. We exchanged words and as we drove off, she was throwing the middle finger through the window. Disgusting behavior!!!!!
I was going to order something but I just downloaded the app still new at it and didn't want to hold up the line so I left

Come here a lot since it's close to where I live. They don't do too terrible compared to other Wendy's in the area. Basic Wendy's, not too bad.
Today, i ordered something new, other than my standard spicy chicken sandwich; I got some spicy honey BBQ saucy wings. Wasn't very impressed. The nugs seemed a little old (over cooked and have sat out a while) while lightly covered in a sauce. They were a little soggy in the areas the sauce was coating the nuggie, so I'm not sure if they just sit there. Either way, I don't get the hype. Next time, I'll just order regular nuggies with a side of fresh sauce.

The food wasn’t so bad. I think it was pretty good. But Calvin made the experience all worth it. He was very kind, and had manners. He was very sweet, and made sure to correct the order. His smile made my night. I wasn’t having that great of a night, and the lady in front of me seemed to be rude. Or at least that was just what I got, but all that said, Calvin was very sweet.

As soon as we walked in you could smell the restroom. We should have left but our kids wanted frosty. The cook was just talking shit cause he had to work. Every person that ordered while we were there from the drive thru walked in cause their orders were wrong. They got our order wrong as well. My son wanted a hamburger instead they gave him nuggets. The soda machine didn't have any soda or ice. And instead of telling us while we order they just let us try and get soda knowing they didn't have shit. I highly recommend not to come here.
