Got the 10 piece nuggets i asked them for them to be crispy and the fries too even told the lady to leave them on the fries extra minutes by the time i got to the window not wven a min later they already had my order ready there no cara in front of me the niggets were not cryspy fries were cold i stayed with the nuggets but gave them the fries back the lady puuled me to the front and said she will be back with fries again min later she came put fries were hot but not crispy . Do they know the differenfe between fresh and crispy?????? Wanted to go get my $ back but was in a rush but will never come back to this store ! If u could give a 0 i would !

This Wendy's was out of Frosty and Fries. Not a wait for fries. They didn't have any. They would refund my mobile order purchase saying that I had to do it through the app. Well, the app says to get your refund from the store. The store phone number is out of service. I don't think it will be long before this Wendy's closes for good. The Wendy's on Nacogdoches near 1604 is my favorite in the San Antonio area. In the last 2 years I counted my receipts and have made 110 purchases. Trust me when I say, this place is terrible.

I only got chicken tenders and the lady was really nice. Why is it that Wendys chicken tenders are better than most all fast food restaurants? I really liked them with the sweet chili sauce. Actually delicious.

Can't rate the food because I came in and they said they couldn't take my order inside I would have to go through the drive through with already had 6 cars. This was Tuesday at 3:30pm, September 30th 2025. They had the dining door open but couldn't take my order.

Stopped at Wendy’s today and the drive-thru rep made me feel like I had just pulled up to grandma’s kitchen window. She had that sweet, “make sure you eat, baby” kind of energy, and honestly, I was ready to adopt her on the spot.
The food? Fresh, hot, and exactly what you want when you’ve convinced yourself you’re only getting a salad but leave with fries in the bag too. Everything came out fast, but with that extra care that made it feel like someone was looking out for me.
If every drive-thru came with a grandma vibe and fries this fresh, I’d probably never cook again.

Decided to pick up breakfast here before work. Never again. I ordered a breakfast baconator, using points. The cashier rang me up for two and when I told her I only wanted one she was really rude about it. I understand sometimes it's hard to hear through the drive thru system, but the rudeness was unnecessary. I received no receipt and she just told me to pull up. There were no other cars, so I'm sure she pulled me up just to make their times look good. The food took longer than it should have and it wasn't even hot. I had to wait until I got to my destination and microwave it. Overall this is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to and I won't be back. Do not recommend.
