My husband and I came in here for lunch after his doctors appointment and the guy who cashed us out was super nice and chill. They got us our food super quick and it was fresh. Even got some cute stickers and put them onto my kindle case!

Everything came out fast as it should take, food was made correctly and tasted great. Wesley was really nice and polite to us. This location is the better of the ones in the surrounding area in my opinion, very clean and chill.

Went to this place my kids wanted Wendy’s haven’t had it in years. It was about 8:00pm ordered payed for food then they ask to park and they will bring the food out shortly. No problem. 10min…ok I get they are busy 25min…ok this is crazy people came after me and are leaving…30min go by I reverse and go to the drive thru and ask how much longer or give me my money back. He says sorry went to check and says if you can go park again I’ll take you the food just waiting on the burger. How is this possible 5 cars came after me and have left and the cars that are parked have just gotten here. He says he can’t refund me cause it will come out of his check but he can upgrade my fries to large no thank you I want my money back or give me the food I payed for. He say ok wait right here let me get it. He said sorry the guys marked it was already sent out. Well got nothing but my drinks at the window when I be payed 35 minutes ago now and I have 4 kids in here. I wish they would have just gave me back my money instead of throwing the nuggets in the bottom of the bag and gave me 2 kids bags with nothing but a toy in it. Worst experience at a Wendy’s ever those boys in there need help no way that’s normal if I didn’t have the kids I would of called the cops for my money back the kids were so restless we left at 8:50pm RIDICULOUS! So much for FAST FOOD!

I have been taking care of a family member across the street at the hospital for two weeks now and every other day I come to this location off of Medical Center and Wurzbach including today according to Google Wendy’s opens at 8:30. It is currently 9:20 in the morning and they are still closed. I just saw two people try to go in and the doors were closed and I just saw two cars leave from the drive-through either the location needs to update Google or they are doing false advertisement.

Food was correctly made to order. Service was average for a fast food restaurant.I would recommend this restaurant and will order from here again.
Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options such as the baked potato, French fries, and salads. Not a huge selection though.
Dietary restrictions: Does have food to order, so can request ingredients be added or removed to a point.
Kid-friendliness: It's a big chain burger joint so is kid friendly but doesn't have an area for them to play or what not. Few places do have a kids area though these days.
Wheelchair accessibility: Has handicapped parking and wheelchair accessible ramps.

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant combo for my mom while receiving chemo across the street. Asked for no Swiss sub American cheese. Got a sausage sandwich with both cheeses, and no egg. And the croissant in menu picture became a roll type bun. Called 6 times over 3 hours to no answer
