Wendys in general is on a downward spiral and this one is a perfect example. I only have gone because it's convenient to where I work. The food is generally colder than it should be, standard items like coca cola have been out of stock multiple times and I've been charged incorrectly twice (menu price vs receipt price). Stay away.

Wendy's on 7039 Culebra restaurant garbage I like eating Wendy's but this one probably just got me not to like it no more got home to eat my food I ordered a baconator combo large and 1 Dave single combo total came out to 28$ my burger they gave me was a son of baconator and fries were colder then a dead fish and my Dave single didn't have nothing just the buns and the meat and also they forgot my receipt thanks guy for the awful service guess I'll stick to jack in the box or McDonald's

I’ve been to this Wendy’s twice and each time the food was cold that people weren’t very friendly. I will not go back.

I picked up food from here 4 times. EVERY time I went, I got the wrong food, it was cold, it was missing items or I was given something cheaper than I ordered. When I attempted to get a correction, they got me other items but often they were not what I ordered. The managers I did talk to referred me to another shift or said to contact Wendy's support. I feel sorry for the employee they sent out to inform me the first time, that my order wasn't able to be done due to being out of items, they sent out the only guy that was there less than a week, nice kid though. I do not suggest this location for anyone making mobile orders or not paying in cash.

The food was cold and my order was wrong they gave me all the wrong food and it was awful steer clear of this location I wouldnt even turn around in their parking lot if I wete you.

Made a mobile order- 5 meals, 1 with chili. Drove thru, was asked to wait at the door. Waited about 10 minutes. Food was brought out. Fries were cold. No chili. No straws. No ketchup. Went in to get chili, waited at the counter for 5 minutes before I was addressed, the manager was on a personal call, when she finally asked me what I needed, she said ''there was no chili on your receipt'' when I said there was, it was the first order as a sub for fries, she rudely said 'Well, we don't got any chili. What you want instead.''
Also ordered a kids meal. The food was shoved in the bag with the rest, no toy. Kid working at the counter tried to say we didn't order a kids meal... Definitely won't be back at this location.

Make sure you stay away from this location. The manager Linda is an absolute nightmare to deal with the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life, rude mean and very un courteous. She gave me a large drink with three ice cubes and asked if I wanted more ice, she would have to charge me more. I told her there was three cubes in there. She said if I didn’t like it, I could go elsewhere. I understand it’s a fast food location but at the same time, customer service should be number one ! I’ll probably never eat at this location maybe never eat at Wendy’s ever again because of her
