My chili was room temp at best. My wife's was scalding hot. The potato was barely warm. Not even hot enough to melt butter. The young male staff (Joshua) that waited on us was very friendly towards us. He was trying hard and working hard. There was a female mngr yelling at the staff. It was very audible. Felt horrible for the young man. There was absolutely no reason for him to be spoken to the way he was. Especially in ear shot of customers. The young man is the only reason for the 3 star review on service. Otherwise I would have mentioned a zero star should be given. Food was beyond overpriced. BC of this visit and a previous bad visit to this location I simply got rid of the Wendys app. I didn't used to mind paying the high prices given service and food at Wendys but two failed attempts with this location and the mngr feeling the need to yell at staff and berate staff in ear shot of customers. I'll never eat Wendys again.

Such a shame what happened to Wendy's..it used to be great fast food option back in the 90's. Food quality and customer service have both declined drastically. You'll wait for at least an extra 10-15 minutes in the drive thru for a simple order and there's about a 50/50 chance it will be incorrect or cold. Good luck getting quick or polite service inside. Not worth the time, money, or frustration, especially for such low quality food..

Do not expect curbside. I have tried to get my food brought to the car through their app on multiple occasions and it never fails that I have to wait over 10 min just to have to go inside where my food is sitting on the counter. Why offer a service if you are never going to do it.

Restaurant is never adequately staffed, crew members are indifferent and inattentive to customers, you'll end up waiting 20 minutes for a simple order and when you get it something in that order is either wrong or somehow old. Gave it multiple chances over the course of living nearby for a year. Avoid this location at all costs, management should do a better job seriously.

Waited and waited and waited and waited no one came to the counter except the employee who came in from the restrooms and told me to wait a minute. Not one car in the parking lot sorry to see that.
They didn’t include all the items from the meals I purchased, but they squeezed all of the food into a single bag that was nearly bursting. I couldn’t even check my food without it spilling everywhere. They seemed more interested in socializing with each other than serving customers.
