We had Ezekiel take our order and it was AWFUL. He started out with “what you want” then we asked for one meal, he goes “and?” And when we pulled up he goes “what was the drinks again?” We tell him and he goes back in, hands us our drinks, we hand him our card and not another word was said.

Ordered $31 of food 2 chicken sandwich meals 1 kid nugget meal First one chicken sandwich was fresh the other had been sitting for a while. Fries were Luke warm and soggy Second we asked for our free frosty w purchase of key chain, didn't get it(ok we forgot to ask for what we ordered) No ketchup in the bag after I asked.
Big kicker....I send my Bf back and they stated the free frosty deal doesn't start until January! Never once said when we ordered it through the drive thru!

Paid $34 for cold burgers, which were really small.. Almost pathetic.. Patty was cold to the touch.. the chess wasn't even slightly melted, and to top it off, the coke was flat... sad visit all the way around.. Couldn't get a receipt either because the machine was broken... but at least the parking lot was clean.. Will I be back probably not.. if Wendy's wants to get customers in the door, they should take a page out of Chick-fil-a's book for service and dress code.. #dobetterwendys

It was great! They actually gave me spicy chicken nuggets like I asked for. A lot of other spots don’t.
The drive-thru at this location is ridiculously slow. The first time, I ignored it, assuming it was just a bad day. The second time was inexcusable. There won't be a third time.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD IN HISTORY!! All I wanted was a water and the so call Mgt at night made it know that he had to help his PAYING customer remind you I came thru the drive thru and he asked his employee to help the none paying customer cause he runs a business not a charity! He was so rude for no reason at so anything I wanted I could’ve paid for but I left the gym & just wanted a water! Thank God I changed my ways, cause the OLD ME would’ve handle business!! That’s not a way to treat people or customers paying or not! I really think he was just racist cause I’m black and he’s white that was so unnecessary and uncalled for!

The Classic Chicken Sandwich was awful! The chicken was tasteless, thin, dry, and rubbery. I was so disappointed. The Double Dave's burger was better but not great.

So this used to be a solid Wendy’s. I went by the other night at 8:30pm through drive thru. I ordered a baked potato and a Junior bacon cheeseburger I was waiting 25 minutes total I went inside and there inside it’s like 100 degrees, it smelled there were flies all over the place with a very stressed out manager… I asked for a refund I got it but it was hot mess
