Ordered 2 Biggie bags and a children's meal, in the drive through. No drinks, sauces are wrong, 1 burger was wrong, all the fries and burgers were, ice cold and we had to pull over and wait for it! The manager, Atlantis, was very nice and will replace it. However, we still have to go back to get it corrected. 🙄

One start is for whomever owns this place or for their corporate. They are so short staffed I simply didn’t have 25 minutes to wait for two single burgers with nothing else anymore so I stopped coming. It’s a shame because the employees are very kind and accommodating.

Decent location, but corporate needs to step in and give this location the support it needs! Why are there only two workers during the night shift while the restaurant is hot? No issues with my order or the employees that are showing up, but the higher ups need to step up!

I did an online order for a couple of burgers and not only was the guy rude to my wife, he forgot to give her the drink that was ordered. When my wife came home, I asked her where her drink was and she said they didnt give it to her. This isn't the 1st time that I have issues at this location.

Very bad service from the staff and the manager are people who yell at customers and have no order. I went to get my ID and they didn't know what I was talking about and they didn't have it ready. I had to wait a long time and it was completely empty. They should pay more attention to the staff they hire.

I ordered my food in app on the way to Wendy's it was supposed to be ready by 11:56 it's 12:36 n I'm barely getting my food of 5 burgers! Somebody in corporate needs to give this nice man some employees! I have about 50,000 followers in San Antonio that would START CARING REAL QUICK if I continued to bring this to light!
