Drive thru order around 7pm, didn't get a receipt, fries were hard not fresh, te had an after taste probably old. First time ordering tenders they were dry and overcooked . This is my go to Wendy's first time I've been disappointed. Tried calling no answer

I had great service but another customer did not. I saw it unfold as the customer stated he asked for two different frontier and got both the same. Long story short the girl behind the counter agreed with the customer and stated he didn't say he wanted two different flavors. How could anyone agree with the customer? Just simply take one back and issue him another. Did not like that she continued to agree after all was said and done. This was the second incident I walk into at this place. Guess no one told her that the customer is always right. I know at times we are not, but to argue in front of other people who are dinning was truly unacceptable. Hope they train these girls better.

The person who was in the drive thru talks to you in the worst possible way, I understand that it was late when I went to pick up the food but the man was very rude and not at all kind, the woman at the checkout was a little friendly and helpful, but I do not recommend that they go late at night because of the treatment they give, and fries too dry
