First of all, I didn’t get a receipt second of all I was on my third bite of the wrap when I realize there was a black hair in my wrap, so I called and spoke to the manager. She was upset when I showed up two hours later because I was already across town she was still upset and said she didn’t have black hair the manager And her hair was all black no hair nets. None of them so disgusting. My hair is all blond so it wasn’t mine . As she was trying to make it seem….

This place has a lot of distinguished characteristics for Wendy's,
Principally the fact that it's 24 hours.
We drove out of our way for the reputation of great service and hot food which is not as consistent as it should be at its sister's stores.
My main disappointment was the simple fact that to expedite a large order they bagged for their own convenience.
So imagine sorting out 6 biggie bags with different sandwiches for six different people.
it was a nightmare and the food wound up cold despite our efforts.
Last but not least.
if you have a large order with frosties why would you prepare the frosties first?
They sit up in wait for the food thereby melting in the process.
SMH 😒
Maybe it'll be better next time.
Ill go to the drive-thru next time.

Ordered drive thru and was very disappointed with product received. Absolutely no way I got two tiny old double cheeseburgers and dried out spicy nuggets. The only thing made fresh were the fries and drinks. I paid almost $23 for what I got is a total ripoff. To make matters worse I wasn’t given a receipt and told to pull up around building so they could take my order to me. Bottom buns in both burgers were hard and old. Spicy nuggets were dried out and hard to chew. Thankfully I had fresh fries but this was a ridiculous amount of my money paid for what I received. Why do I have to check all my food upon receiving it if this happens all too commonly. Get it together and for Gods sake, you were not busy and now I know why. Terrible experience and I would like to have some one reach out to me to correct this. Unacceptable and will edit my review once this is made up properly. Enough is enough.

I’m not going to lie. I’ve been sleeping on Wendy’s. A double Dave cheeseburger for $12 that includes plenty of fries and a huge drink. (they have orange cream Coke right now!) This place is fire 🤩🥳 clean and cordial staff too. Food ready before I could even finish getting my drink!

There's to many disrespectful high school kids that show up every school day after 4:30. It's almost at the point where Wendy's needs security present during these hours.

Ordered through the drive-thru and got our food handed to us without a single word by the cashier Marissa, and when we were able to check our food it looked like they had just thrown everything in the bag without looking. Our sauced nuggets were dripping everywhere in the bag, burgers jammed on top of the fries smashing them both and our frosty's looked like they had just been sitting there in the warm counter for a while. After calling that night about it they told us to call and come by for a remade order, except now they won't even accept any of our calls. Doesn't matter what time of day we call, busy or not, they don't answer at all.

I love Wendy's especially that location they maybe slow at times but I can honestly say the workers try hard and fast food can be very stressful but at the end of the day they get the job done .. ?
