Stopped by Wendy’s yesterday and had one of the worst dine-in experiences. The fries were lukewarm, the dining area was dirty with crumbs on the tables and trash on the floor, and there was hardly any business no cars in the drive-thru yet the service was still poor. While placing our order, the worker actually left the counter to chat with a coworker about a text on their phone. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. Definitely not the level of service or cleanliness expected.

Have not eaten at Wendy's since the 90s. I was pleasantly surprised. Burger and fries were hot. Restaurant was clean and the young lady that took our order was friendly. Price for our meal was in line with other burger restaurants.

They close at 2am- we came at 1am and no one answers the drive thru, no one is inside, we waited 10 mins and no response.

I order on the app, go to the drive-thru, and leave. The best part of that experience at this location is the dear lady who works the drive-thru window—she's always nice, every time! Thank you, dear Lady!

The lady at the register was extremely rude because her computer wasn't working on a coupon.
She told me not to use another coupon and walked away while I was trying to order more food.
The people here are flat out rude. With 5 people in a store thats not even busy there is no need to rush me out.

When I got to the menu board it took them a very long time to greet me. I said hello Several times and no response. I almost left and went somewhere else, I only stayed because my daughter wanted wendy's. I order two biggie bags and a baked potato. My burger was inaccurate and my potato was hard an old. Everything was not even lukewarm. I could tell I did not get anything fresh. I got no receipt, napkins and sauce that I asked for.

i get it, it’s fast food but i work in fast food. it’s ridiculous that any time i go to a wendy’s the food is room temperature after waiting so long to get to the window.
feels like a waste of money at this point. quality has gone down lately. sorry but i like my food hot and fresh.

Every time I come here, the person on drive through sounds like they hate their life, customer service sucks. I ordered four Jr cheeseburger biggie bags, why yall stuff everything in one bag???? Bag Literally tore and everything was on the floor when I made it back home. And then you’ll never have drink holders every time I go.

I went thru the drive thru and the cashier was not paying attention. Had to repeat my regular combo order several times. The drive thru screen still had the incorrect order even after I repeated the order. Only asked for extra onions. Unfortunately, she still did not get the order correct and I didn't realize until I had arrived at my home.

I will start by saying I love Wendy's. But this particular Wendy's is something else. I've ordered here a LOT in the past (but pobably won't now after this review)!! The staff just seems really angry. They're not friendly and when you ask for something (like a sauce they should have given you for your nuggets) they act like you're inconveniencing them and contributing to making their lives miserable. I try to always be polite because I respect service workers! But it's scary to ask them to fix an order when it's incorrect! So go in with low expectations on being treated like you're a decent customer! And don't ask for things like sauce or extra pickles on your burger, because they will literally leave you driving away wondering if you're a terrible person! Not the vibes I wanna feel when ordering a frosty (and having them get annoyed with you when you prepaid for vanilla, but the vanilla machine is not working, so you're a jerk when you ask for a refund).
