No ketchup of course, fries were cold and old. They also forgot my nuggets. The fries were ridiculous. No one should ever serve fries that felt like they been there for hours. The cashier was nice but the food service was lousy. Now I remember why we don't go to Wendy's. Wish they were like the old days were Wendy's was perfect.

I never understood the hate for this Wendy’s until I started going there myself. My first few memories of this Wendy’s were, at first, good, but then I had begun to experience this place start to wane in only their service and willingness to work the late hours. I had started to go here after work, which would be around 12 p.m. When I would arrive using their mobile app, even when it said that they were open, they would tell me that they were out of everything when I would reach the speaker. I can understand how they could have been out of something, or likely everything, for one night, but this happened so many times to the point that I could foresee it every single time that I would go, and I would be right. Although it is nearby to where I work, I, myself, will not be coming to this Wendy’s again. I am taken aback by how they are still running this place with their nearly unwelcoming service. Listen, I’m not wanting to hate on this Wendy’s, but they truly need to step up their service.

Ordered the chili because it's always been good and a great choice for a high protein food. Baked potatoes were just ok because this time they were overcooked, which made most of it dry and bottom skin was inedible because it was almost black.
This location was great. My burger looked commercial ready and my fries were warm and perfectly salted. The customer service was on point.

I can't believe this happened again add a different location. I went to the drive-thru to get some food and they forgot to put the meat on my burgers then when I try and call them to find out how to get it fixed they don't answer the phone
It's been quite some time since we've been to Wendy's, and the majority of our experience was good. We ordered online and my son went inside to pickup. He did have to come back to the car to get my phone as they asked to verify the order. Most of what we ordered tasted good, except the chicken wrap. The tortilla was hard and stale and the chicken was old (like it was left out for a while). I was excited the wrap was so large, but disappointed in the tortilla and chicken. All our other food was good, chicken nuggets, fries, burger, & frosty. Next time I go, I'll just order a burger.

I was so excited about this collab Wendy’s has with SpongeBob. They hype it so much but it wasn’t what I expected it to be. My sandwich was put together so messy and they didn’t have the frosty. Idk why is it even a collab when the overall experience, quality and taste of food was a disappointment. Nothing from how it shows in the advertisement. I should have just went to whataburger. Would have spent the same amount but very quality and experience.
