Just came from this location. We made a mobile order and when we arrived no one was there it seemed. One car left and went to the Taco Bell and another pulled up in front of me to go to the window and when I followed we were both greeted with….no one. We had to refund an order and we sat there waiting for 30min. If y’all are not open late like whats being advertised then take it down. If you are get someone who’s actually going to work.

I LOVE WENDY'S BUT! This 4pc. is not worth spending $12.99 they could of at least through in the other 1/2 piece this looks like a nugget! So I bought 2-4pc. 1 meal & just the 4pc. box for $20+ change.

I came Saturday night on November 15th. The girl doing the drive thru speaker was incredibly rude and aggressive. I understand having a bad day, but to be so rude and aggressive to customers right from the start is unacceptable. I would not consider this location unless you are okay with very poor and slow service with someone speaking so condescending towards you. I left feeling like crap and if that's how they run things then their lack of customers throughout the day speaks for itself.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Wendy’s. The staff was extremely disrespectful and rude from the start. When I politely asked for an extra BBQ sauce, the employee looked at me and said, “We charge extra for the sauce,” in a dismissive tone. I told her that I was completely fine paying for it, but instead of helping me, she just walked away and ignored me for about 2 to 3 minutes.
I stood there waiting, ready to pay, but after being completely disregarded, I decided to leave. The lack of basic customer care was unbelievable. I honestly don’t know if she thought I couldn’t afford the extra 25 cents for the sauce, but that’s exactly how she made it feel like.
I’ve always liked Wendy’s food, but this experience really changed my view of this location.
Don’t go here unless you want to have an unpleasant experience!

No star if I could. The girl at the drive thru window was very dismissive, did not take the order correctly even after asking again. She clearly didn't want to be there. If you're having a bad day or the job isn't fit for you, the company should not have to suffer from poor service and productivity. You have a choice of not coming or not working there all together.. Staff don't realize the responsibility they have when a company hires them to represent them with products and services. Over time you make or break that company. We will not return. I do not recommend this location.

This place needs to be shut down the workers are working with no AC it’s hot in inside I couldn’t even sit and eat my food. Corporate needs to be called.

Lady Managers one with Red hair and another with Brown hair walked in at the same time complaining about how they had to work 11 hours shifts like 20 times, and they are tired because they had no break. Go over it. Also be professional around your customers and stop cursing in front of kids. While staff went from professional to unprofessional once they arrived complaining about work and customers. Food was great as I ordered but what you say as you come in and in the back on shift or not is not appreciated, grow up. I won't post your picture but know your attitudes
needs to be adjusted and what you say carries on to the dining room for all your customers to hear.

The cashier literally wouldn’t stop texting long enough to cash me out in the drive through. There was not a single customer here, but I still had to wait for one junior bacon cheeseburger. They gave me fries that I didn’t order but they also didn’t give me a receipt so I have no idea what I was charged for. Complete and utter incompetence.

Shows they are open until 3am. We see workers inside but when we came at 1:30a no one would answer. Update your hours if you do not want to work.
