our dinner order was hot, and the chili was delightful! Jason is amazing. he rocked it! ‘twas an excellent experience in this Wendy’s storefront. we were given exceptional customer service. Attentive, professional, & accurate. My father is a veteran, and he felt honoured by Jason. looking forward to returning back soon!

So I just went to grab some Bfast! Quick and EZ order! Apparently arriving at 10:20 am is a problem to the 2 horrible people I just dealt with! First I'm left at the menu board waiting for someone to comeback! Then I politely order my food! Then the rude girl tells me something about lunch and me waiting 10 minutes because they just threw away all the Bfast and I now have to wait! Then I pull up to the window and rant continues with I drove off and didn't finish my order! Then tells me again about a 10 minute wait again that I just agreed to wait! Then she obviously has a hearing problem and rudely tells me she can't hear! She closes the window on me walks away! Then the grill guy comes to the window and asks me what I just ordered! Mind you I was here at 10:20 and I have to deal with these 2 clowns because apparently making Bfast is a problem! Great job! Keep up the horrible service! And very threatening attitudes!

Just left this Wendy’s after being refused a side order of mustard to dip my chicken nuggets in. I don’t like honey mustard and don’t want mayo as the manager tried to offer me. She said they got in trouble and no longer allowed and it’s policy to not give customers mustard on the side.

Horrible experience I recently had here. I placed a pickup order and when I got a notification my food was ready, I showed at the restaurant in 3mins as I was outside the restaurant already. But when I walked in, the employees where just chatting and when I asked about my they didn’t know what I was talking about and had to go check just to realized they gave me a thumbs when they hadn’t even made the food. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and had to go. Wasn’t gonna wait 15mins for them to make the food. Again, I was in a hurry. No refund offer, no nothing, just sorry. Absolutely ridiculous and Grubhub was no help. Stay away from this location. If you really want Wendy’s there are better locations

My husband decided to go for Wendy's after work and everything tasted bad except for the large frosty. My all natural lemonade tasted like there was some kind of cleaner in it and my 2 year old drank some before me and I'm praying that we don't get sick. Now my chicken sandwich also tasted very weird almost like a sort of fungi or mold. I tried calling the store around 6:30pm 3 times and no answer. I'd like a full refund or atleast a replacement order and please make sure everything is fresh. May 1st,2025

I literally just called this place to speak with one of the managers to see if they was hiring for a friend because he wants to transfer and is calling around so I decided to help and one of the managers was being a dick/rude on the phone. I felt the tone in his voice.
