Just when through the drive thru on 12-5-24 at 3pm at 1604 n Bandera location. Asked for ghost pepper chicken sandwich meal. Got plain chicken meal. And fries were overcooked and burnt! Plus only child portion was given. Asked for drinks with no ice. Got ice! Got a large chili. Look like small and not even fill up to the top. Let's be honest here. These people deserve to get fired much less be held accountable for doing such a terrible job, if that's what you call it that they do. I mean where is the manager. Where is quality control. Who knows, maybe it's corporate mandates to serve the way they do. Finally, there are just too many other options out there for fast food. I can guarantee I will not be going back...to any Wendy's. I'm sure there are others that feel the same way. Plus, the inside lobby is such a health hazard violation. So dirty. That's why I went through drive thru. Jack in the box is a better choice from here on out. ✌️

They don’t have anything. Like no food items. Just say you don’t have food at this point. Don’t bother ordering cause every other thing you ask for they’re going to tell you they’re out of it.

The staff is awful here my orders are always wrong. I’ve been turned away 3 times at night (9/10pm) because they say they are only accepting cash. I don’t understand how you can afford to turn away card paying customers.

Wendy's made a big deal about hot fresh french fries, but the ones I got were limp. The meat patties on the burger were fine, but the rest of the burger had little resemblance to the picture on the menu. The tomato slice was thinner than shown, but present. The lettuce was not the robust layer of leaf lettuce they advertise, it was a single piece of romaine, about 1/3 rib and 2/3 leaf, and maybe 2"x3". It covered less than half of the patty and was not visible when the bun was on top. Similarly the onion was a single ring from a very thin slice, maybe 3" in diameter. You couldn't even tell it was on the sandwich. They also forgot the ketchup, dressing was a dab of mayo. They didn't have any packets of mayo or mustard available. The drink service was pitiful. They have one of those machines that lets you customize your drink, but most of the options were not available. No root beer, no cream soda, no sugar free sodas at all. They had an unsweetened tea but no packets of sugar or sugar free sweeteners to put in it. The soda they did have was watered down and tasteless. I ended up throwing it away. There was no salt, pepper or condiments of any kind except ketchup, and that was behind the counter. The place was very dirty, there were rips in some of the seats, and there was a pool of water on the floor. I asked the staff if this Wendy's was closing but they didn't know anything. If it closes I won't miss it.

No complaints about the food. But the service to order was slow, we were waiting several minutes before even acknowledged in line. They were out of napkins and ketchup cups and other items.

Placed a mobile order for pickup and watched as they took more than 20 minutes from arrival to prepare the order while we were the only customers. They literally took multiple breaks. 1 sandwich made? Time to lean against a counter for 5 minutes and talk while the other party gets cold waiting to be assembled.

Got order wrong. Food handled without gloves. Cook touched his personal cap with bare hands while cooking. Manager took care of the food, they had to remake.

I work for DoorDash and never in my life do I get things handed to me and not put into the proper bag for delivery , younger employees just hands me the water bottles and drink no cup holder in site then throw a 50pc or whatever of nuggets on the counter with 2 bags nothing covering the nuggets and not in a proper big bag like I have 10 arms to carry everything and continued to opened the bags and handed to me to do his job , I don’t remember working for Wendy’s but fr do better .
