8 out of 10 times they do well in drive thru. But today I was expecting the same service in person. They workers were so lost in their daily job I feel so bad for the company why can’t talk find better people to work there…. I literally waited 10 minutes to be taken my order while some girl wa trying to figure out why another worker made a burger? Idk I was very disgruntled, I had to leave and avoid any issues.

Food was good the cashier was nice just did not appreciate the manager yelling at the lobby cashier to the point we could hear him through drive thru I understand mistakes happen but to be scolded that way in front of customers is highly unprofessional and corporate may need to step in if that’s how the staff is being treated

I ordered thru the drive thru, Friday, 12/12/25 at 5:30 pm. The black guy working the drive thru window was VERY rude and freaking lazy. I waited for 30 minutes to get my food and when I did, items were missing from my order so I had to park and go inside. Workers were making faces and giving attitude like I was inconveniencing them!! After I got the rest of my order, I got home and they still forgot the napkins and sweet and sour sauce!! I will NEVER go back. Do Not waste your money here. Go to the one on Guilbeau and Bandera instead!!!

Waited 30 minutes in lobby to pickup my mobile order which was placed 10 extra minutes ahead of time of the designated pickup time. Order was finally given to me with the paper bag all torn from the bottom corner. Prior to leaving I checked my order and noticed 2 soft drinks missing. Finally walked out with all ordered items, questioning how and why this establishment remains open for service with only 2 employees on duty. Avoid this location and drive the extra miles to the next one down the road.

I ordered the $8 JBC meal deal and 6pc spicy nuggets but neither of my burgers had bacon nor did I get my nuggets, plus I had to wait at the window for a while just for them to get my order wrong.

My coworker got food for us in the drive-thru and when he came back i bit into my burger and the bun was really hard like it had been sitting out and they didn’t bother to give him his receipt. So i went over and reordered the food and i checked the food they had already forgotten my burger and nuggets. They need a better manager and when i looked into my reorder burger it was really pink for a small patty. Please do better, not ordering here ever again

I ordered two kids meals and one 10 piece nugget meal and they gave me two kids nuggets and a kids cheeseburger. Tried calling and it just keeps ringing. I want my money back
Didnt have a huge issue with anything but im not sure if i had my order taken by someone new or if she was just really shy. I tried to ask a question about a coupon from the app to get 2$ off my order because i wasn't sure if it would apply to my order. She kinda just went silent and then told me how much my order cost like i hadn't said anything.
I eventually got her to scan it and got my 2 dollars but that was definitely not how you deal with a customers question. Even if you dont know the answer either find soneone who can or make an effort to figure it out yourself.

I’ve never been to a slower fast food restaurant. I truly don’t understand how they are as slow as they are. Something’s gotta give because at this rate, you’re losing customers. Lost 2 while I was waiting to order (I was at the speaker waiting for quite a few minutes before someone helped me) then you lost me after being told how long it was going to take to get my food. If I could give zero stars, I would.
