We received the wrong order through drive through. Traffic is so hectic by Alamo ranch. I called the person in charge. He stated I needed to bring my food back to get it corrected. I told him there is no way I can get back into Traffic. It's 3 miles away but about 20 minutes in traffic. He asked for my receipt, I told him the cashier didn't give me one. He refused to give me his name. So needless to say I was not very happy. The food we did get was cold and definitely not want we paid for.

The lady manager on 12/28/25 is very rude like the other comments have mentioned this location is going down fast! I recommend staying away and grab raising Cane‘s next-door or In-N-Out!

My family and I visited this location and were left astonished on how poorly the Manager treated her employees. She yelled at the employees in front of the customers and the gentleman at the counter said that this is an everyday thing. Those employees deserve to be treated with respect. We will not visit this location again 👎🏻

Lazy, they barely greet you at the speaker. Apparently being capable of speaking full sentences isn't required to work there. Customer service is barely a priority and the full menu isn't available at night

Had to wait awhile for the food but it was fresh. Unfortunately they threw the burger together so quickly is was a mess with mayo dripping out. The chicken sandwich bun was soggy from the tomato but the chicken nuggets great.

A location like this one is why you’ll never convince anyone that fast food workers deserve anything other than the absolute minimum wage. This location regularly forgets items, gets your toppings wrong, or lies about the frosty machine being down. This can be overlooked when we’re talking about multiple items on an order but tonight, it was just plain lazy worthlessness. Baconator meal, Coke, large fry, and a large sprite. Only one in the drive thru and somehow these groundlings managed to get the order completely wrong. Chicken sandwich, size of the fries were wrong, drink was wrong. This used to be my go to late night place, but I guess I have to go to Whataburger now since these ppl can’t get a single meal right. You deserve minimum wage, nothing more, ever.

I ordered a burger (6:30 pm)which took me almost 20 minutes to get. Not one customer was in the dining area nor the drive thru. The employees were just on their phones. The cook didn't even move away from the register counter till like 10 minutes later, that's when he started my order. And instead of a hair net one employee was wearing a doo rag. When I was finally given my order it was practically thrown at me without a word. No thank you, no nothing. I'll never go to this Wendy's again.

Therapy Swag

Kids running the store messed up orders left and right. Increase the pay and OVER STAFF. We know these large chains and companies bank on profits but if you over staff and train well orders won’t be messed up like this. Fix this.

Employees were rude and didn’t greet us when we waited patiently at the counter. Ceilings leak in multiple areas throughout the store. When we arrived, an employee was laying down at the entrance because she had fallen due to a spilled drink…we were scolded when we tried to walk around the mess and the employee just laying there with no one helping her up. Very strange and the fact that drips from the ceiling were ignored…no signage anywhere to caution told me everything I needed to know. Wendy’s franchises need to do better! Repair the issues, retrain or fire these rude employees, and clean up your stores!

The food and workers are amazing!!!! I went last night around 9pm 07/01 to get some food for my family that came from out of town and not only was the service fast they did it with friendly service! Thank you!

Why Everytime you order by drive thru these employees do whatever they want? Like my man I'm paying a price for a certain item that CONTAINS bacon! Why TF you never place the bacon on the item?? Like are you trying to make some cash by the side or what? Honestly it's always the same issue with you guys... ITS UNBELIEVABLE!

I wasted 60 bucks here. Food was old and the new cajun sandwich was awful. Crispy onions were stale. Store wasn't busy and they made us park in front of the store... Thought we were going to get fresh food. I recommend going to In n Out instead.
