I wasted 60 bucks here. Food was old and the new cajun sandwich was awful. Crispy onions were stale. Store wasn't busy and they made us park in front of the store... Thought we were going to get fresh food. I recommend going to In n Out instead.

Wendy's has always been super delicious! Great food !!!!!!! Never left it!!!! YUMMY!!! We were lost ourselves the new strawberry smoothies!!! SUPER DELICIOUS!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!! RECOMAND IT!!!

Today 4/26/25 me and my son went through the drive through window and ordered some food, after paying $19.+, were told to move ahead and wait and they will bring the food to us. After waiting 24 minutes exactly, we got our food. Was not HOT at all, mixed packaged our order and gave us no receipt. The place was not busy and I saw a car behind us waiting also. It happened around 3:50-4:00pm, I get a message when I use my debit card and based on the time I know it took 24 minutes. Very offsetting, bad service.

I ordered a burger and at first the servers got it wrong so I asked them to remake it. Instead of being professional and mature the guy slapped some old dry bacon on the sloppy mayonnaise covered jun and a not so fresh patty and the cheese wasn't even melted. The place was clean but the food and service was terrible. You could done better Wendy's.

Ordered around 6pm 4/13/25 in the drive thru and what horrible service. Employee at the window basically threw the food at me. I asked for light ice in drinks and more than half the cup had ice and drink wasn’t even filled all the way. No receipt, no greeting, gave me drinks first with no straws. Maybe this isn’t the job for you lady if you make no effort at all. Food was cold too. I hardly ever go to Wendy’s but there was no one in drive thru and I stopped. Kids wanted a burger and I just wanted a coke. Never again! No customer skills.

This is the worse fast food restaurant that I have stopped at. The food…cold, coffee….cold. The attendant didn’t listen to what I asked for and gave me the wrong food. When some people go to the drive through window they are usually in a hurry. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for my food and it came out COLD and the coffee wasn’t filed up to the top. Fries were so greasy that the bottom of the bag was full of oil. Oh by the way, those were cold also. When I asked for two large coffees she said that they didn’t have large yet she rung it up as a large coffee. 😳There was an inch from the top. Why did I wait fifteen minutes if everything was coming out cold anyway. If you can go to McDonalds where everything is HOT!

I get out late from work and go visit Wendy's more than I should. Every time I go the crew is fast, attentive and do a fantastic job of customer service

The inside is filthy. Employees are not wearing gloves when making the food. One of the ‘manager’ was wearing a hoodie and a bonnet. While another employee taking orders is handling food and payments, scratching his hair and scalp, did not wash hands or wear gloves.

Everytime I give this location another chance it proves me right. Had me waiting for forty minutes for a mobile order THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE THE INGREDIENTS FOR!! And how do you run out of ice so often!! It’s frozen water!! Terrible service and the staff is no better. Always dirty inside as well.

It was a long and cold walk when I decided to pop in to this Wendy's to grab a quick bite, hydrate and try out there app. It was late and I was expecting the dining room to be closed....open until midnight!!!! I was able to charge my phone as there were plenty of wall outlets with dual USB chargers included. Crew made me feel at home and even allowed me to try the new limited edition Salted Caramel Frosty:)

This place is always sticky. Tables, floors, counters, and fountain area. My wife likes your chili or we wouldn’t eat here. This evening we walk in and all the employees are leaning on the counter having a good time talking with backs to the guest. The girls threw us some dirty looks and walked off. The young man was nice that took the order but he had an AirPod in and was on a phone call while helping us. Both fountain machines were out of most flavors. The tables were dirty. Tell me how we’re the only guests and we get cold fries? The only reason the 2nd star was added is the burger was hot and tasty. There was no way to tell who was in charge none of them are in uniform. One girl is wearing leggings that say “fine” on the back.

Went through drive thru overnight… I have this bad habit of chewing ice, so it left me wondering why the ice had a chalky texture and I checked in the cup to see if maybe anything could explain the weird texture and it looks like sand(?) is at the bottom of the cup. To be honest idk what it is it looks like fine white grains (too small to be salt) and pepper flakes. They should probably check on this!
