I was told by lady drive thru not working so had to go inside through speaker. We walk in and she was taking orders thru drive thru in matter of secomds it took me to park.Walked into restaurant employees arguing over french fries, told one of register not working. Very unprofessional, two workers started arguing about register duty using fowl language even used the N racist word. I was there @430pm today fri december 19 2025 look at your employee schedule. Will not be going back felt so uncomfortable.

The server offered the new chicken strips and omg they were so good and fresh he checked on us constantly and even went to get me a refill so I wouldn't have to get up and use my cane

Needs new management ASAP. Food order was wrong(with no line), only 2 drinks were available in the machine so had to go back and ask to fill behind counter. No dips were given so had to go back again, bathrooms doors both locked the whole time, and our family was literally skiing in our shoes on the floor that most likely was washed with too much soap 😬 but at least it was washed! 👍🏼

My siblings and I went to Wendy's, we were having problems on what to order since we haven't been their for years, so the manager gave us time, While we were thinking all employees their kept asking us if they could help us but we kept telling them That we needed more time. ( That is an indicator that they put customers first and great costumer service) Once we were ready to order the manager was so patient with us since we were so indecisive. Not only that But also they answered all of our questions. I even asked about the kids meal ( if they had like a happy meal ) and the manager said yes. She was extremely kind. I wish I would have asked the name of that manager. As for the food, 🤤 delicious, very delicious only detail is that I wished the fries were Hot hot, Other than that , the food was amazing 😍.

The worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Workers at register do not know what comes in a kids meal, I was told only 4 nuggets or a burger only, does not include drink or fries. Really?. Ice machine out of ice, warm as hell in dining area, my burger was not fresh, patty and cheese must have been sitting there for quite a while. Fly's everywhere. Do the community a big favor and close down.
Waited 15min for them to forget about an order of medium fries.

Poor service they literally threw everything in the bag nuggets and fries everywhere i bought 6 biggie bags only got 5 all the hamburgers where not only cold the bottom buns were hard im guessing old food they had sitting out no heat had to throw them away couldn't feed my children i tried calling 4 times no answer I'm never coming back this location and would never recommend to anyone

First time at this location and we’ll definitely be back! The food was fresh & hot! I asked for no salt fries and that’s exactly what I got with no attitude! KJ made the visit beyond enjoyable. He was patient and kind! He gave us the BEST SERVICE we have EVER received at a Wendy’s.
