Don’t be fooled when don’t see much cars in the drive thru. It is because they are super fast. I’ve been three times within the past month and each time the service has been very good. The staff is friendly and I always get my food extremely fast.

The buns was so hard and the bacon was burnt. I got sick and I only took one bite. Also the burger was cold. I don’t recommend eating or ordering anything from this location.

Young Gaven in the drive thru does not LISTEN, rushes you to order, then has an attitude and or just ignores your requests when u ask at the window. The other lady trying to help is not much better... she heard me request water w my Frosty, bc she repeated it, then they promptly closed the window... while Gaven made a comment that I was asking for more things after ordering. I was the only car in the drive thru at the time.
I also was barely able to ask for condiments, which he dropped when handing them to me.. and again just closed the window.
Lastly, the food was not hot, and barely even warm.
If I could have shared this with the cars that came behind me, I would have.

The manager in here needs to be trained or fired. I feel so bad for the employees under her management.

We ordered three 4 for $5s. The manager took our order. We were missing straws, napkins, sauce, and the nuggets. The manager was absolutely rude and fought with us when we asked for sauces. We had to drive off. How incompetent!

Subject: Poor Customer Service Experience – Location Feedback

This morning I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

When I arrived (before 10:30 AM), Ana (or whatever her name is) was in the back instead of at the counter. I waited several minutes until the drive-thru employee attempted to take my order, but she told him to go back to the drive-thru and came to the front herself. She then informed me that they were no longer serving breakfast — it was only 10:32 AM.

I explained that I had been there before 10:30, but she interrupted me, insisted I hadn’t, and said there was “nothing she could do.” Her tone was dismissive and her attitude unprofessional. When I asked for her name and corporate contact information, she only gave me her first name. I then asked to speak with a manager, but she said he wasn’t in. After asking again, she finally gave me the manager’s name, Ronnie, and said he would be in tomorrow.

If this is the level of service your customers can expect, you may need to reconsider who you hire or ensure proper retraining in customer service and basic professionalism.

On a positive note, a kind gentleman waiting for his online breakfast order offered me his food as we left — which I appreciated but declined. It’s telling when a fellow customer shows more courtesy than your own staff.

We LOVE this location!! The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh. Staff is friendly and SO speedy! I went inside today for the first time because during the speedy service we forgot to get straws and holy crap this place is CLEAN inside. Whomever runs this location is phenomenal! Great job! And I hope you're just as amazing to your staff as they are to customers. ☺️ We drive out of our way just to come to this location. THE BEST!

Where did it as a drive-through for over 10 minutes then went to the window waited over 10 minutes just to be ignored and finding out that they were just on their phone
