Got a double meat cheeseburger with the fries and drink ask for fresh hot fries stated just came out the grease…. Cold and old looking cut my burger in half started eating it first bite long piece of hair🤮 been calling for the last 30 minutes NO ANSWER 🤦🏾♀️

If I can give this location a zero I would, they disrespectful and the staff is horrible. I wish I can give zero stars because the way that’s just handled this lady and all She wanted was them to do is make her order correctly and they started disrespecting her and I sat back in awe couldn’t believe how the 3 people working today on 12/21/2025 they was so nasty to her and and she was so calm I couldn’t believe this they all need to be let go they way the handled her.

Posted a review a couple weeks ago and it was deleted how said just trying to prevent people from eating at this location . They literally make their food and just let it sit there until it comes time to just throw it in the bag . Ordered a burger and everything seemed old not fresh bacon was horrible was old and semi cooked . How upsetting will definitely recover the photo and re post it

It's too bad that Wendy's is the only place you can get a frosty. The frosties are so good that they almost make you forget that everything else there is total slop. I remember Wendy's fondly from my childhood as being decent. The locations in Louisiana I tried. We're pretty good too. But not san Antonio ours suck really bad. Just stop grab a frosty and take it to somewhere else to get your food.

Every single time I stop at this Wendy's drive through they let you sit and wait to order for at least 15 minutes even if there's no other customers especially at night. Customer service is horrible and one time they got my order wrong and the manager told the person the close the window.

Manger was so sweet very nice guy. My card didn’t go all the way through and without me knowing he pick up the rest of the ticket. So greatful there is still people out here like him

Watched as the cashier was cooking eggs for my breakfast sandwich and they used their Un-gloved thumb to slide them off the turner onto to biscuit. The manager was apparently training them and had gloves on, but must’ve been an oversight?

How are you going to forget the sauce on a special meal that's all about the sauce?!? It's not that hard to remember the sauce!! It's not the first time and I'm sure it won't be the last unless there's a change in management or employees.

Avoid at all costs! They will forget your order then proceed to get pissed at you when asking for refund. Then escalate if further and wanna fight you for asking them to please stop taking it to a level it doesn’t need to get to. P.S. Texas is a Stand Your Ground state please keep that in mind when threatening customers.
