Great food and service! This Wendy's is modern decor and clean. We'll be coming here more often since under Felice's new management. We come feeling welcomed with fast, friendly service.

Watched as the cashier was cooking eggs for my breakfast sandwich and they used their Un-gloved thumb to slide them off the turner onto to biscuit. The manager was apparently training them and had gloves on, but must’ve been an oversight?

How are you going to forget the sauce on a special meal that's all about the sauce?!? It's not that hard to remember the sauce!! It's not the first time and I'm sure it won't be the last unless there's a change in management or employees.

Avoid at all costs! They will forget your order then proceed to get pissed at you when asking for refund. Then escalate if further and wanna fight you for asking them to please stop taking it to a level it doesn’t need to get to. P.S. Texas is a Stand Your Ground state please keep that in mind when threatening customers.

The workers seemed polite but are struggling to keep up with the workload. Drive thru is the priority because everyone chooses to stay in their car to order but then people like me who would like to skip the drive thru have to wait until the workers decide to get to them. I walked into the restaurant and watched three people behind the register taking care of the drive-through. One worker apologized to me and told me that they had a line which I understand, but that’s why there’s an option to order inside. If they can’t keep up with both lines, they need to close the dining room. They continued to take orders at the drive-through while I waited at the register. I did not get help by the three workers behind the desk. I waited until a fourth person clocked in and that person took my order because they were at the register to clock in.

I would stay away from this location. They are constantly messing up my food orders. I don’t know how this location is still in business. It’s like going back to an abusive relationship expecting a different result. Their mobile app is just as bad. I tried it for the first time and it errored out, but magically took my money and did not place the order. Then they gave me a credit of two separate coupons but failed to tell me you can only use them 1 at a time…. So I had to pay for to separate delivery charges. Go to the Stone Oak location. A little longer drive but better results.

No ice in the lobby soda machine, Sodas were flat and warm. Burgers were overly greasy, and someone was heavy handed with the mustard. Staff seemed confused with their roles, and were slow to react to customer requests otherwise they were friendly. The lobby was hot, and felt as if it grew hotter as we ate, the music was not loud enough to hear. The bathroom was gross, smelled like cigarette smoke and mold, the urinal was dirty and the sink seemed like no one cleaned it in a week. Overall very disappointing experience.

Horrible food and dining area. My husband and I took grandsons to eat. The dining area felt like it was 95 degrees so we ordered to go instead. Food was awful. Cold chicken sandwich and cold fries. No ice in the dispenser. Waste of money Will never go back to the Bulverde location.

Will not order delivery from this Wendy’s again! I’ve lost count of how many incorrect or wrong items we’ve recieved in the past few months. This time was the last straw. My grandson (who has autism) wanted a plain baconater with no condiments, just cheese. It came with ketchup. (Fortunately his brother ate it so it wasn’t a total waste) Burger on the Single tasted weird. Ordered a chocolate chip cookie, got a sugar cookie. I can’t speak to the service in the restaurant itself—it might be OK, but delivery is awful!!! Unless DoorDash can guarantee delivery from the Stone Oak location, we will no longer order delivery from Wendy's.

I would like to speak to the general manager this is ridiculous 5th time I order 2 baconaters and there’s NO BACON on them and then I asked the hourly manager when the general manager is gonna be there because the hourly manager wanted me to drive 30 minutes back in traffic instead of just fixing my order the right way and apparently no one knows when the general manager will be there so this is ridiculous

This Wendy’s is struggling! I went through the drive through at about 4pm. The guy taking my order couldn’t hear me and I had to repeat everything I said. I ordered a chili and then changed my mind and asked for the chili to be my side instead with my meal instead of fries. I ended up with two chili. I ordered a wrap for my main dish. It was barely wrapped, just sloppily thrown in the wrapper and when I tasted it, it was sad. I thought the chicken was a crouton at first. Doesn’t really resemble chicken. It was an annoying experience. Luckily I didn’t order a whole lot!
