I walk in and I'm the only customer in the dining room. Five employees and no one greets me. Nothing. Finally after several minutes an employee walks over and takes my order. As if I was interrupting him. When I get my food it's stale and obviously been under a heat lamp. Fries are soggy. I eat it anyway without complaint. While I'm eating every single employee including the manager is using foul language. I can hear them cursing in the kitchen and in the dining room right in front of me. As I'm finishing the manager approaches me to inform me that I need to leave because they're closing the dining room. So I let him know about the foul language and that I find it disrespectful. He proceeds to make excuses and threatens to call the police. While I'm speaking to him multiple employees come over to add their two cents. Yes the same employees that couldn't be bothered to take my order. I will never ever go to this location again. Let's see if the owner or manager cares to respond. Somehow I highly doubt it.
Taha was truly helpful, he helped me with the app when there was problems with a transaction and worked hard to make the problem right, i see a bright future in that young man, and i will definitely be returning because of him.

I will say this place was a regret coming. The price of the food is expensive. The service was bad the person taking my order very unprofessional the way he was acting and talking. Then I received the food, and all I can say is how old it was. I can't complain about it because I know would receive attitude for wanting fresh good food. Seriously this location is proud service this kind of food to it's customers . Then where someone gets their utensils so many flies very dirty. So people I will say stay away from this place until they make serious improvements on employee's and cleanliness and start serving fresh food. Very very disappointed in Wendy.

Last Thursday, I came through this location and ordered 2 Asiago Bacon Ranch Clubs. We live by Johnson high-school. When I made to the light at Bulverde and Evans, I tried a French fry and realized I had been given old cold fries. Since I was almost home, I just proceeded to the house. We sat down to eat, and I inspected the sandwiches, and both were cold, and both were missing the bacon. Since we had upsized or ordered the total close to 29 dollars. We decided to call and file a complaint with management. They tried to get us to drive up there, or else they wouldn't replace the meals. After some debate with the management, he agreed to replace another day. Today, we visited to get that meal. We got home, and the chicken on the sandwiches was worse than last time, and fries again were cold. I get that fast food restaurants are in the business of hold food items to shorten wait time on orders, but there needs to be better training on serving food that has expired. I've had other bad experiences with this location, so we'll just call this our last visit.

Service and food is great for a fast food restaurant. The mens bathroom was pretty nasty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. There was flies buzzing around while trying to go to thr bathroom which made it feel like an out house.

Kudos to the young man that served us last night. He seemed to be doing triple duty and was very kind and patient while doing so. Good food and great service!

Came in with a coworker for our lunch. Went inside to dine in and waited in line for about 7 minutes with no one in front of us. Never got greeted, never got spoken too, never even got told "we will be with you shortly". All employees just kept their heads down and kept talking to each other. Occasionally, we would get a glance to see if we were still waiting, but no one ever came to take our order. 520pm on a Saturday, come on, people do better! At least acknowledge us. When we were getting ready to walk out, i heard the girl manning the drive-thru window tell someone that they should go help us, and he just said to give him a minute. We gave you 7 dude! Whoever you are drive thru window girl, thank you for at least acknowledging us and giving the minimum of customer service. If that guy she told to come help us was a shift leader then wendys you gotta do better!

Ordered a Krabby Patty and got a Dave's single instead. The frosty that came with it was not good. Several people inside were not wearing gloves. The place was dirty and the floors were sticky.

Sucks that this is the nearest one by my house come here and they often forget my order yesterday they had a SpongeBob in the drive thru which was cool and fun but today they are back on that downhill slope timeliness is a 0.1/5 and being out of most items and drinks i was interested in just shows bad management not being able to order the right amount of stuff for a promotional event I understand the limiting the double ans triple meats only letting it be a single even though other wendys doesn't do this but I do not understand being out a coke a regular item. Overall needs a significantly better manager but we all know he's likely paid as good as he works.... just don't have high expectations xoking to this wendys

Yesterday I had ordered the SpongeBob meal and I’m not sure who the drive through person was but he was very nice to us and was very polite and got our order perfect and on time it was so amazing he was wearing a blue shirt and had curly hair I don’t know what happens or goes on at Wendy’s but he deserves a raise!! We went October 8th 2024 at around 5:15pm
