It’s 8:45 in the Morning , Yall were supposed to be open since 6:30 am HOW IS THE MANAGER 2 HOURS LATE! Yall soo ghetto for that!!! Then the guy sees me at the window for a good 15 mins and doesn’t get off his car to tell me Nothing til I drive up to him and he notifies Me ! GET IT TOGETHER SOO UNPROFESSIONAL
Terrible customer service in Lobby . Waited over 10 minutes before we were acknowledged . At one point the person in charged was doing something on the front register. At that time I ask if they were open . He said yes . We waited another 5 minutes before he was off register. He was checking someone's schedule . He should of stop what he was doing or had someone else take our order . This took place around 6:30 pm on 4th of July .
Just about almost every time they give me the wrong order every time today I ordered a baconator with nothing on it and they give me a regular cheese burger with everything on it plus Mayo I don't not recommend this Wendy's to anyone I'd rather go a couple miles the opposite way to get my order right never again at this location
