Be prepared to wait literally 45 min plus just to even order.. and get to the window.. then another 15 min to get your food.. stayed in line bc my mom wanted Wendy’s. Otherwise I would not have even came here bc they always take long w very little customers

This place sucks, i went today, right after breakfast, and got a couple of hamburgers, and the fries were cold. I don't understand they just made this fresh. I would never go to this place again.

1 star cause im being generous, these three workers had horrible customer service and it was very disrespectful. it was a girl mostly being very shady and they forgot my drink and it discouraged me alot today

☠️ I WAS SERVED A RAW CHICKEN SANDWICH - SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN! ☠️ I should've checked the reviews first. I should've known by the empty parking lot, but I was in a hurry and hungry. 🤷♂️ I ordered the Fuego chicken sandwich combo through the drive-thru and was gonna park and eat it since I had to log in for a work call. The Fuego fries were ridiculously covered w Fuego powder, and the sandwich looked decent enough. They give you a small package of Fuego Takis so you can top it off yourself. I would've rather had eaten them on the side vs the fries. After assembling my Fuego masterpiece, I was halfway done eating when I looked at the sandwich and thought, is that melted cheese? So I took a closer look and realized IT WAS COMPLETELY RAW CHICKEN!!!! 🤢 I started scraping off some more crust and sure enough the chicken fillet was still RAW! I'm not talking undercooked, but RAW! Since I was still in the parking lot I immediately went back in , asked for a manager and showed him the RAW breast. He offered to make me another, but I declined and got a refund. He offered his apologies, but this was ridiculous. Based on other recent reviews, this location has serious issues that need to be addressed for public safety. SHUT IT DOWN!!!!!! ☠️

Came through the drive through and was sent off and didn’t realize I was missing a wrap and burger till I was home. I then call the store find out the employee didn’t listen and sent us out with the wrong order because she couldn’t listen. Came back spoke to a young woman at the register with a septum piercing who was very kind and handled the situation exactly how I was trained to when I worked at Wendy’s sent me on my way and I was just about to head out the door while checking the bag and found I was missing nuggets now. The employee? The same one who didn’t listen the first time and sent me out with the wrong order. One of those “I remember my first day” situations but it’s like Groundhog Day. I’d like to say thank you to the woman at the register as she was very kind and very willing to fix the order. I’d like to say the employee who not only almost sent me with a wrong/incomplete order once but twice needs to rewatch the training videos, learn to listen more, and be more attentive. Thank you to whoever the manager was on duty and to the woman running the register.

I was picking up a Uber order in the manager was very helpful. I want to hear purchased a burrito for myself and it was delicious. Great experience overall 5 stars Across the board

Ate here with the family. We order the fuego meal and they didn't have any fries so we only tried the taki chicken sandwich. My wife asked for 2 kids meals pretty clearly but when the worker handed us just 2 medium cups she looked at us waiting for us to say something about our kids meal cups.
Knowing she didn't put us down for kids meals, then saying we never said kids meals just 4 peice nuggets. Understand if you misheard us but you starring at us kinda says it all.

Burger was cold.
Meat pattys looked like they had been sitting there awhile.
Fries were cold and stale, not fresh.
The wife ordered Bigge Bag same problems.
One of the nuggets looked like it was bitten.
Girl who took order had a bad attitude obvious by the way she communicated with us.
Stay away from this store lousy quality questionable service.

Customer service sucks boyfriend went on for food they help his card for 7-10 minutes and took for ever then said oh it's not letting us charge it okay well you should've figured that out the moment you swiped he gave ,them another card quality of food sucked for the price.
Gave me nothing from what I ordered gave me some weak ass ghost pepper sauce when I asked for honey mustard ruined my night

Restaurant is clean I'll give it that. Probably because it's never busy. Food isn't fresh, always like it's been sitting there. Always different unmotivated staff. Soda machines never have any flavors in stock. Never had a good visit but go there because it's close and I had hope one day they will get it together.
