This wendy’s location should be shut down it’s clear that the workers are sitting back there trying to do nothing for anyone when this place is open 24hrs, only for them to tell you when you get there that they’re only taking mobile orders. Which to me sounds like an excuse to not do their job cause if you look up this location it will tell you open on the website. Not to mention since this is the closest wendy’s to me i started ordering online like they said and it’s always given me troubles, the driver will cancel 3 to 4 times until wendy’s just cancels it on their end which happened to me tn for the 6th time!!! How this location is still open to me is insane!

everytime i have gone here regardless mobile order pick up or going to place an ordsr at 3am they always lie saying the "system is restarting" if you dont want to work just say that . dont advertize 24/7 if you are not .

I give 1 star because of the rude staff/manager that was working tonight. I asked if they had a military discount and she replied that you’re abusing it. I literally showed her my VA Card. Not sure how I am abusing it since I am came to this place by my daughters request the first time ever. Definitely will be the last. I am the veteran, I served in the United States Marine Corps, my plates say DV (woman vet) I’m not mad that the discount wasn’t applied, I’m mad at the rude person who implied that I was abusing it. Or using stolen valor. Simply could have said we no longer have military discount. Disgusting behavior. Most likely a liberal

Good burger. Got the 3$ son of a baconator...meat was not seasoned but sandwich was fresh and put together well.. Cashier was very pleasant ☺️

I had a mobile order for breakfast, by the time I got up past the drive through it was 10:28 so my food would’ve been confirmed anyways had I not used a mobile order at all, unfortunately my order was not confirmed until I had gone past the window and told to sit in the mobile pickup lane. after already waiting 10 minutes in a mobile pickup lane, I had the privilege of being told at 10:38 it was too late to pickup my breakfast, so essentially I got charged and told sorry your here too late, that would be fine had I not already been through the drive through before 10:30 and placed an order 15 minutes before anyways. The order could’ve been confirmed by the time I had rolled past the speaker and this could’ve been avoided entirely,

As a Wendy’s this location is okay, it’s not exceptionally bad or good, but for mobile orders it sucks big time, just order in person, it’s legitimately not even worth the time to pickup your phone and put in a order because they are going to take 10-20 minutes of your life past the time you arrive so there’s no point, if anything it’s genuinely infuriating because it’s been proven time and time again

This is the place to go if you want them to forget something in your order or not give you what you asked for, they are experts at that. I realize why we barely go there and we go to McDonald’s because for some reason although McDonald’s is four times busier, they always get our order right. So if you like them to forget items and not give you what you want and receive subpar food, this is the place to go. It’s amazing to me that this location is even open with the amount of business they lack and they lack it because they can’t get stuff right the first time and after a while people get sick of it.

So they claim to be open 24 hours but when I go to order late at night after asking for time to look at the menu they say “ no you can’t only taking mobile orders” . Very disappointed seems like a way to do minimal work to me .. Also, not accepting cash right not would be more believable than that . Waste of time and gas . Do better !!

Isaiah at drive thru was rude for no reason. Maybe he was having a bad day. Idk, leave your problems at the door or talk about it in a nice manner. I won't come back. I literally had to cancel my order because I didn't trust him with my food.
