Employees are very rude. We placed a mobile order and all it says is pull up to the drive thru and let us know you have a mobile order. Okay no problem we pull up to the DT but the Line wrapped around the building. Still no problem we went inside. Once inside we told the cashier/host that we had a mobile order. She asked for the initials we didn't know what she was talking about and said it's under Ray. She said well what's the initials, we said again idk i just know it's under my name Ray. She then says "You need to learn the mobile app." First of all it doesn't say give them your initials like McDonald's gives you a 3 digit code. She then tells the door dash person the same thing and is just as rude. She then goes and yells at an employee. This kind of service is unacceptable and if she doesn't like her job she should be looking for another one. So so so rude. To top it off they shorted me an order of fries.

Register wasn't working so they were ringing people up at the drive-through register. The drink machine had no ice. Most of the drink options on the machine didn't work. To top it off, they got my order wrong. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with no cheese, and they put cheese on it.

Asked for fresh fries and they gave me reheated fries (It's 3:15pm and they are not busy at all. I literally sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes on a FaceTime before going through the drive thru which is why I asked) No one wears gloves or beard guards (including the manager) for their long facial hairs and it's disgusting. I won't be back. Every time it's always SOMETHING.

Worst experience in my life. We went to this location on Sunday and our order was wrong. My wife called as soon as we got home and spoke to Angelina and was told they would replace our whole order. When we got there today and told the lady on the speaker in drive thru the situation, her response was “Angelina is not here”. When we drove up to the window the young lady snatched the receipt out of my wife’s hand and told us to drive up. We waiting nearly 45 min and twice still tried to give us the wrong order. After that I went inside and was given just the burgers. I told her it was supposed to be the whole meal and then was told “what was wrong with everything else”. Managed never came out to talk to me or apologize. Very unprofessional!

Manager Josh needs major training on how to talk to employees when busy and not yell at them. Also needs to stop sending his associates to talk to customers cause he's afraid to take blame when he can't run his kitchenthe right way. Corporate will definitely hear of this
