I wish I could give no stars
Do not go here it was disgusting and there are extremely sketchy people hanging around this area. The staff was very friendly but I do not recommend stopping here.

I ordered a salad with grilled chicken and a loaded potato. It took almost 20 minutes for my order. I was in the drive through. When I got home and open my bag my potato was not loaded it was a potato with chives. I started to eat my salad and after about 4 bites the chicken tasted funny. I ended up just throwing away the whole order. About an hour later I was nauseated and vomiting than came the diarrhea. This went on all night. Yes I think I got food poisoning. Here it is the next day and I'm still having stomach cramps. I think it's safe to say I will not be eating there again, and I'll tell everyone I know.

I swear they hire the moodiest, rudest employees
here. My child loves Frostys and it’s extremely unfortunate that this is my closest Wendy’s. Without fail each time I have visited each person on the window lacks severe customer service skills. One time I even heard two employees arguing with each other. Quite embarrassing if you ask me. I rather visit the Wendy’s on Austin hwy, Walters& 35, or Southcross. Anywhere but here lol. You’ve been warned. They seem like they hate their job at Wendy’s. Really hope their day gets better! Safe to say I won’t be back.

Placed a mobile order. Arrived 10 minutes after placing it. Took about 10 minutes with 2 cars in front of me to get to the window. When I got to the window the guy at the register told me to pull up and he would bring it out. Did that, and a few minutes later he brings me my food. I asked if he put ketchup in the bag. He said he did and put all my sauces as well. Apparently BBQ sauce is universal for Ketchup and all the other sauces I asked for on my order because bbq sauce is all I got even though the receipt said what I ordered. Didn’t check to verify, but he sounded so confident. Wouldn’t go back to this location.

Customer service needs a lot of work, Carlos the cashier at the front counter was very unprofessional and threw the dipping I asked for at me on the counter like, okay.. called my dad my guy instead of saying can I help you, the manager took a cigarette break right by the door, this place need a lot of approvements on there customer service

The only good thing was the clean atmosphere when I first walked in. The staff acted super unprofessional, and my burger was so greasy I spit it out looked like they dumped leftover grease in it just because I took a moment to decide. I’m really disappointed with this place and their customer service.
