Waited in the drive up line for 4 minutes with no one in front of me. I asked if anyone was going to help me and was told to wait. Not sure how they stay open by not helping customers.
This is unacceptable. First I went through the drive through and never did anyone decide to say hello or anything. Then I decided to go inside and 3 workers, I guess doing there best. The place was disgusting and nasty. No food was being cooked and everything was served cold and food just precooked sitting there. Wendy's should refund every customer that came into this location today. 02/14/2024

I arrived right before lunch started on a work trip from VA. The elderly lady was really sweet and I could tell she was a “people’s person”. She was very patient, listened to my order, and made sure my order arrived the way I requested. The cookies ? were good too!
