I just went thru the drive thru and who ever was at the window taking the order rushed me and my husband and was rude asf it’s not my fault they chose to work at Wendy’s I was trying to modify my order and as I said my order each thing I said she cut me off and was super snappy at the end when I tried customize my order to make my drinks large she cut me off and sent me to the next window. Me and my husband were absolutely flabbergasted because I didn’t go to Wendy’s to fight with a middle aged Woman that doesn’t want to do their job. Why am I being disrespected by a WENDYS EMPLOYEE when all I did was be respectful happened at 11:15, we went to canes instead 😚

I love Wendy’s, it’s one of my favorite fast food places; it’s good, affordable, and has a nice variety. I love it!

However I came in today with the Wendy’s app, I haven’t used it before so I was unsure how to redeem offers and rewards. I pulled up an offer for a “free any size fry with $5+ purchase” and had the barcode up but the lady didn’t tell me that the offer was taken.

I believed I informed I was trying to redeem the offer but I could be mistaken, I wouldn’t see why she wouldn’t tell me sooner. Anyways I got my food and saw that there was no extra fry (she didn’t ask me for a size, that should’ve been the first indication lol) and I informed her and some other workers about it. The lady said she just scanned for the points, and I was like “Oh okay never mind then.” I didn’t want to make a big fuss about it in store (high key making a big fuss of it here lol)

Anyways even though I really only came because of the sweet offers I saw on the app.

All in all it’s a fast food restaurant so what do you expect? Much better than McDonald’s that’s for sure, and the Wendy’s social media admins are always funny.

Still it’s a nice restaurant to dine in at, it was nice and clean. The food was hot and good, and now I know for next time to make sure the offer is taken instead of staying silent.

8/10 will probably be back again this week for another work lunch.

TLDR: It doesn’t hurt to make sure.

This place was a disaster. They didn’t have what I wanted, so I settled for something I didn’t want, and it was so bad I thought I might not survive the night. The food made me sick, the floors were sticky, and the whole place felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Honestly, I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy.

Was the worst service we were passing threw and stopped here food was thrown up in a different bag then in another bag and another bag in a bigger bag looked like it was messed up torn but left and put another bag we go for n mgr was in freezer no hair net coming w food from freezer w no gloves in bare hands floors dirty it smelled like bad grease. Bad she was ignored ng and s said leave my order is bad what do u mean. Don't know how this place is open

Serenity Stronghold

Food 2 stars cause the meal was good, but the drinks I brought to their attention twice that 2 of the drinks my family and I tried had bugs in it. Asked if we could get drinks from their side, we were told no. Employees became distant and dismissal after we brought the bugs to their attention. 2 dead bugs per drink. Amazing customer service would have been for them to send someone to check the machine/clean it, put it out of order to check later, not let more customers use it, and continue to complain about the issue.
