We tried the chicken salad sandwich and the egg salad sandwich. I had the pasta salad as my side. The other person chose the fruit. The egg salad and fruit were very delicious. We both chose white bread. The chicken salad and pasta salad weren't as flavorful as the other. Drink selections were limited to a few Pepsi fountain selections and some in cans with the option to pour them over ice. There was no tea choice. The food came out quickly as we were the only customers at about 2 pm. I'll try them again making different choices for my meal. I wished they had iced tea. There was Dr. Pepper thankfully.

Was craving egg salad and was in the area. So glad I stopped! Egg salad was tasty, on super soft white bread. The Greek Pasta Salad as the side was quite good as well. Today's special was stuffed shells, which are fantastic, and were served with a piece of garlic bread and a small salad with your choice of dressing. I bought a salted caramel banana bread, chocolate banana bread, and chocolate chunk cookie for good measure. Glad I found this shop!

I had the shells and meatballs and they were fantastic. You get a hefty amount of food and great quality. The place is clean and the staff very friendly. I rather come to a mom and pop place like this than any chain resturaunt. They also have daily specials and on Friday a different featured dish. This place is great!

Steak tacos was delicious.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in San Antonio. The food is always fresh and made with care. We love this place.

Very positive experience and delicious food! Allow me to elaborate… I stopped in for lunch with my wife. The establishment is very clean and well cared for. A neat, local small business! My wife had the grilled cheese on sourdough and I had the Philly cheesesteak. Both sandwiches were very delicious, prepared with care and with fresh ingredients! The Philly was the best I’ve had in a very long time. We had the Greek pasta salad as a side, that was one of several options available, and it was also very fresh and tasty! Will definitely go back and recommend to friends. Great lunch spot!

I’m so lucky to have this deli right in my neighborhood. Everything here is amazing but I can’t resist the stuffed grilled cheese. Daily meal specials are home cooking at its best. All served by a great staff.

Great service and food was great. Potato salad was delicious. I had the porky sandwich which was great. Next time definitely trying the Philly.
