Your menu is pretty much either a drink or pretzels. We ordered an order and it took nearly 30 minutes. We places our order at 5:57 and received our order at 6:26. Ridiculous!!!

We visited on Wednesday 7/23/25 at about 7:15. They close at 8. We were served charred dog bites and a cheese pretzel that tastes hours old and was chewey. I went back and asked for a refund for the charred dog bites bc they never should have been served in the 1st place. We frequent this location but usually on weekends when they rotate the food better. The attitude i got when bringing this to the attention of the kids working was unacceptable. We'll see if the refund actually processes.

I was charged twice for a product and I never received my refund from them. I contact this company countless times and I have received feedback or a solution. The incident happened in May and I left my contact details and no one has contacted me back.

Waited 15 minutes in line for them to tell me that pizza pretzels take 20 minutes to get ready. When I tried to pay for it and wait the 20 minutes, they decide to tell me that “pre-pay” is not allowed and to go back in line in 20 minutes. Seriously?! And when I tried to ask for a number to complain, the one making the pretzels started yelling nonsense and looked like she was trying to fight me. All that for a pizza pretzel for my son. I’m for sure never coming back to this place.

Served by Jose at La Cantera on 12/02/24 at 7 pm. He sold us burnt pretzel bites and when brought to his attention was rude and did not try to make it right. We asked him to give us something else and he handed us a pretzel with the utmost rudeness and impolite manner. Dismissing us and our concern. I was so upset that I went back and told them how I felt and that I would report the establishment for their failure to adhere to quality and good customer service.

The lady at the register was extremely rude with very little patience. I paid with cash when my total came close to $40 and one of the $1 bills had a very minor tear in it and they refused to take my money. Normally I would’ve used my card and it wouldn’t have been a big deal, but the staff was so unpleasant I took my money and left. nothing looked as if it was freshly cooked anyways, so I was happy to spend my money elsewhere

Cashier told us the cheesy bites were gonna be ready in 20 minutes. We waited and came back we were so rudely treated. As soon as we walked up to the counter the cashier instantly walked away with no communication only putting his finger in our faces. The cheesy were overcooked and we also got almond crunch bites... those only had the tiniest amount of topping. i've been to so many other wetzels pretzels and have never been given that little crunch let alone treated like that. very disappointing and upsetting.

I ordered online and attempted to pick up at the La Cantera location. When I checked out my order, the staff member told me that they don’t do online orders because they don’t get the money So I would need to order again and I would not be able to get a refund. There are no signs on display to show warnings regarding ordering online. They told me I would need to get with online company, Olo in order to get my money back. Went to the website and it clearly states that the store has to give you a refund. Needless to say, I literally had three ice cubes in my drink when I ordered a drink. When I went back to ask for more ice, they were very rude. Do not go to this location.
