Location is good. Close to the Briscoe Western Art Museum. The place was gross. Trash everywhere. Needs to be kept clean. The burger was dry and overcook. The Whataburger on Broadway and Loop 410 is much better in service and cleanliness. Service is lacking. I asked for my lunch for here and got a bag. I would not recommend

there was a long line at the drive thru. but staff here managed to keep good pace. also got my modified orders correct through the rush which is a plus.

Places like this seldom change. For fast food it's one of the better burger places. Although last time, I was certain the patties were a little bit thin. They still make the fried apple pies which is good.
Location was fantastic, just steps away from the river walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious! If you’re not comfortable with people struggling with homelessness, this might not be the location for you.

This location is filthy and smells like urine. The food service is incredibly slow and the food both fries and burgers came out cold. 2 out of 10 would suggest not stopping here. Staff was friendly at least.
