Another good Whataburger franchise with all the great Texas favorites! Clean and not noisy during the lunch hour!
The only thing that’s keeping me from a full 5 star is that I specifically wanted no veggies and to add Mayo and ketchup into my burger, however I received the opposite of that. It wasn’t the cashiers fault, she was nice and even repeated back my order; it must’ve been a mix-up in the kitchen but other than that. Everything was hot and great
Food: 8.5/10 Everything was good, it was just the mix up I previously mentioned
Cleanliness: 9.5/10 The restaurant was very clean, just a few stains here and there. Nothing out of the ordinary
Atmosphere: 10/10 Quiet and sweet, you can actually hear your own thoughts and the radio in the background.
Service: 10/10 Cashier was nice and repeated back my order, did her job good and a lady came and offered to take my tray.
TLDR: It was a good Whataburger experience, will switch to a 5 star probably later once I stop being petty.

First time to try “dine in” at Whataburger. Greeted and served by Veronica. She was outstanding…so friendly and helpful. She really tried hard to give a good customer experience. Ordered double meat hamburger…really good and delivered to the table by a nice young lady who offered extra ketchup and napkins. Had small choc shake after….DELICIOUS !

I’m so furious with this Whataburger location my husband went through drive thru to order and yes his English is not the best but trust me you can understand it now when he tried ordering the person on intercom said they didn’t understand so my husband asked for someone who spoke Spanish and they said no one come on we are in San Antonio dammit and then just left him at drive thru ignoring him now that is bs. I called manager and he said I don’t think they were being malicious no sir then what was it plain lazy and no customer service. Do better whataburger

What is the purpose of using gloves? I've watched employees make the sandwiches with the same gloves that touch everything else in the kitchen to include rolling up and rolling down their sleeves. I assume it is more to protect themselves than it is to protect customers from cross contamination.

on 2/6/2025, me and my wife stopped by #15 at 5900 San Pedro, after work top pick up some # 13 chicken strips meals. When we arrived home both of our meals were missing the toast, that comes with meal. I called and spoke to Margaret, who I assume was the manager. After, I explained she said she was sorry, and apologized, she offered to reimburse me with a pie or a desert.This Whataburger, spoiled my after work meal for which I paid full prices for. Sadly, this is not the first time they have made mistakes on our meals, once they did not give us the apple pie I ordered with our meals and another time we again ordered two #13 meals only for them to leave out the gravy dipping sauce. So, with this said I shall not be ordering any more food from the whataburger location at San Pedro and Basse Rd, as as we also by from a northside and downtown location and have never had any issues except for this location. I also think, we shall stick more to bill miller, Mcdonald's or KFC, as they make less errors and own up to there mistakes by having a higher degree of customer satisfaction and order fulfillment competence!
Kid-friendliness: Far too much noise when little children are allowed free reign there.
