Avoid this Whatburger at all cost , manager was condesending when I called to speak about my order being wrong , I work over night and have a 30 min window to order and eat. I asked for 2 breakfast burgers ( extra sauce ) and no bun . For whatever reason this order came with no sauce , dry and cold . I asked for a refund and the Manager refused and accused me of being a liar .The manager informed me he was the one that made my order and his confidence in his job was more important then taking care of the customer .If you wish to be treated like a human being and not just disrespected then go to any other location then this one .I had to tell him over and over again , I do not get out of work until 6am and I am unable to drive back to the San Pedro location ; the manager did not care.Also when he answered the phone ( spanish accent ) he never gave his name , and when I asked for his name he refused to give me his name .If this store can have better training and also hire managers that are actual leaders that would be a good starting point.I get to not eat now and get back to work .3/5/2024. 11:55 pmOrder # 544427.
