I ordered through a favor and I asked them to leave a biscuit out of the breakfast bowl they couldn't do that I asked for some other adjustments but eventually I just asked them just do not give me the biscuit then and they still wouldn't do that was horrible customer service it's no excuse for giving someone a biscuit when they tell you they don't want a biscuit

Went by to get a burger but wanted to wash my hands first. I was not allowed to use it until I ordered something. Waited for 10 minutes to place an order, no customers were in the place and no one stepped up to take my order. Walked out and went to MURFS down the road. This place is not customer friendly.

Ordered curbside they took way too long to bring out my food when they finally bring out my food. It wasn’t even warm and then to top it off they didn’t put cheese in my burger like I paid for very disappointing Not sure how to add a photo, but I have picture proof of my receipt and the burger without the cheese

I went thru the drive thru and they took my orders quick but they took a long time to get my food out. I don't know if they has enough people working last night but all in all it was worth it.

I recently had an unpleasant experience with my food order from the store. The fries were not fresh and were of poor quality. I contacted the store to inform them of the issue. The manager responded in a sarcastic manner, questioning the validity of my complaint since I was already ten minutes away from the store. I clarified that the fries were not cold but rather dried up and stale, indicating that they had been sitting for an extended period. The manager eventually agreed to allow me to return for a replacement order at my convenience. However, given the overall experience, I am hesitant to return to that particular store in the future.

Went in for lunch. I really, really needed to use the restroom first. They said "You have to place your order first." There wasn't even a staff member running the register. I'm not a bum, nor do I look like one i wasnt trying to set up camp in their restroom. I simply needed to use it so I could place my order without doing the potty dance the whole time.
The best, as usual.
