Yall are going downhill badly ,everytime I order delivery yall forget something I go pickup yall forget something ..food quality isn’t what it use to be ..I have to travel to another location to get better food it’s disappointing n recently I ordered breakfast not even my three year old enjoyed these “pancakes”

I never got my food when I placed a DoorDash order. 3 drivers cancelled and a 4th was taking too long to find. Normally I'd blame DoorDash, but this Whataburger has always been slow with all of their orders. If it was up to me I wouldn't have picked this Whataburger to order from.

Lady at the front seemed nice but we ordered Jalapeño Ranch sauce, Buffalo sauce and Honey Mustard and when we got home and started to eat we realized we got NONE of the sauces, that was actually really disappointing!! We were really looking forward to try them…

This whataburger always messes up my order. I have to go somewhere else. They also lied that the reusable cups of 75 yrs couldn't be refilled for free, so I went to another whataburger and was told that all whataburgers have a rule to let you refill any time you want for free. You don't have to purchase anything either.

Can never go wrong with Whataburger. Food is always fresh hot ready to go. I wish you could change the fries & drink on all combos. For now I'll just keep ordering everything separate.

I ordered through a favor and I asked them to leave a biscuit out of the breakfast bowl they couldn't do that I asked for some other adjustments but eventually I just asked them just do not give me the biscuit then and they still wouldn't do that was horrible customer service it's no excuse for giving someone a biscuit when they tell you they don't want a biscuit

Went by to get a burger but wanted to wash my hands first. I was not allowed to use it until I ordered something. Waited for 10 minutes to place an order, no customers were in the place and no one stepped up to take my order. Walked out and went to MURFS down the road. This place is not customer friendly.

Ordered curbside they took way too long to bring out my food when they finally bring out my food. It wasn’t even warm and then to top it off they didn’t put cheese in my burger like I paid for very disappointing Not sure how to add a photo, but I have picture proof of my receipt and the burger without the cheese
