Really had to Order this whole order again because they gave my order out to somebody who Wasn’t even a delivery driver, I then called the store and spoke to someone and they said they were the ones who handed it out and made sure the driver had confirmed the pick up on his phone , that was a lie . Then when my actual driver got there, they told HER they gave out my order already, and I would have to go through the app. The app didn’t help at all I had to re-order the whole order. 70$ x 2 Then received my order. And Only had the kids meal cheeseburger one double meat burger, and one bacon avocado burger with three medium fries and only four drinks ? I was very upset. I didn’t get to receive my full meal combos and my coffee. I myself work at a fast food restaurant. I know the pressure there is in a situation like this but I never make sure an order goes out wrong. I don’t know what happened here. #2 Double Meat Whataburger Whatameal #6 Avocado Bacon Burger Whatameal Justaburger Kid's Meal French Fries , never again will i order from this location , hope yall remember me . ? yall lied too me bruhhhh
Just tried to charge me the regular price of a drink for a water supposedly the new manager that has been here for one month total workers they have to do

This location has very poor management. They are very slow rude and get orders wrong most of the time . I wouldn't recommend this location.
Really good burgers but, don't ask for extra lettuce or tomato in front of the managers (too many) for a little burger joint....the minute man manager at basse and San Pedro is vicious, he thinks everyone wants to rip him off, scares the customers....he should have been a security guard or a Chihuahua. ?

They always mess up on my order some way some how . I just can’t believe it and I live down the street. I love whataburger but it gets harder and harder to trust these people . Very unsanitary. They forget ketchup and straws (least of my trouble) . Quality of the food is horrible . Cold fries and cold burger my cheese isn’t even melted . The people here just don’t care and it shows when I ask for things . Very disappointed.
