It's one of those places when you're craving a burger it hits the spot the staff is very kind very professional well spoken. I recommend this spot.

Service is usually good, but the drive through situation sucks because of construction. And the there's usually always something missing in the order so if I don't go inside I don't get to get it either way. And now my breakfast ona buns are being smashed. It's really not a good feel or look to Whataburger. Guess I'ma start going to a different one.

They get your order right the first time just left there the food is piping hot the young guy needs a raise he was so friendly and gave me my BBQ sauce instead of the ketchup 😋

This location SUCKS!!! How does it take 30 minutes to make TWO burgers. When you have 2 cars in the drive through. I used to work at whataburger, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to do your job the right way.
I got there at 7:00 in the drive thru. Went to the second lane because it was shorter. Much to my surprise they weren’t answering. I could not go back to first lane because it got busy right away. We had to call the inside and tell them no one is taking our order. All the people in first lane were getting serviced 4 cars past in first lane ordered. Finally ordered 30min later. I ask the worker why they even have a second lane if they are just going to ignore us. He directed me straight to the manager (Junior was his name) didn’t want to deal with me or apologize. Manager came and gave me excuses for the lack of service on the 2 lane. He had 3 workers on first window only one for the 2 lane. Make it make sense 45min later finally got our food. Sad because food was great. No straw and one ketchup. SERIOUSLY JUST CLOSE THE 2 LANE. 😡

July 29th i place 2 orders total was close to 70.00, i received my orders and the failed to put mustard as i requested. The buns were dry and hard, the meat was mot made fresh, u could tell it had been cooked for awhile and it was hard and dry. The onion rings were over cooked and hard, out of all the years i e been going there, this is the worst food I've ever gotten and a waste of my hard earn money. If i could even give a lesser star i would, very disappointed and i won't be going there again and not that anyone of you would care .

Most of the time food comes out like u wanted despite the like OMG can u hurry up and order already person or the one who ok does that complete ur order after my every word is said for my order.
