So normally whataburger is always a good place good food it’s great, but this has happened twice and it’s not acceptable, you ask for spicy jalapeño ranch dip and they charge you for it but they forgot the dip, and it’s happened twice. It’s not even the fact that they charge for it, we don’t mind paying extra, but I guess it is what it is, so yeah I feel that’s unacceptable, and nobody wants to drive back 15 min in the cold weather.. so disappointed like I don’t...

Ordered a breakfast sandwich with sausage on a jalapeño cheddar biscuit. They said there was going to be a wait and I said that was fine. I paid and they told me to move up and wait. A little over 10 minutes they bring me my food and I head to work. I open the wrapper to take a bite and it's a regular biscuit. Disappointed.
