I don’t know who runs this place over night, tonight makes two nights in a row when I’ve spent more than five minutes in the drive thru. I believe the night manager is not very good at his or her job!

This is the worst Whataburger I have ever eaten at the fries tasted like it's cooked in really old oil the Burger was warm not hot or fresh the vegetables tasted nasty this store should be checked out this is not my first bad experience I will not ever go back to this location nasty just nasty.

It is 9am in the morning and the bathrooms are dirty. Looks like the toilet hasn’t seen a toilet brush or cleaner in at least a good 2 weeks. Not to mention the poop on the walls. The fact that you can get both cleaner and toilet brushes from dollar tree which is located roughly 100 feet behind this Whataburger is crazy.

Rainy freezing weather, the lobby was closed, so I went to the drive through window and was told I couldn't order without a car. I just wanted my to go order. Glad they care about their customers enough to not serve them. I won't be back.

Its usually pretty decent but this time, not at all. Patty melt was a disaster and didn't have onions. They're not known for their salads but they usually come out quick so why not? The greens were so soggy and they added breaded chicken instead of grilled like I ordered.

We hadn’t had Whataburger in a few months and were in the area on the way home, so thought we grab it to Go. We pulled up to the drive thru and no greeting, until my hubby said “Hello,” after 3-5mins. There was only two cars at the window in front of us. We ordered 2 adult meals and one child’s. We checked real quick to make sure we had everything, we did so we went home. Upon closer inspection all the fries with the 3 meals were a dull color, didn’t look fully cooked, wasn’t seasoned either. My daughter and I’s burgers were just okay and half of hubby’s chicken sandwich was burnt/dry. It was pretty disappointing to say the least, especially when we were looking forward to a good meal from Whataburger.
Their app is always messed up. I told them I was redeeming earlier and they scanned it but it’s always messing up. This location needs to fix their online app

Visited Alamo Heights location several times. Very promp and friendly service and staff. Restaurant is always clean and ready for service. Food has always been hot and fresh, and order was always right. Mark, Manager on shift is great. He handles customers with concern and hospitality as so do the team members. Highly recommend this location and will be back.
