I specified that I did Not want bacon on my burger and to add extra lettuce. The cashier repeated the order correctly but when I received my order it was wrong. It had bacon and very little lettuce and looked as if the burger itself was thrown together. My daughter chicken strips were cold and hard. I called the store to speak to the manager. The manager Lashera acted as if I was bothering her with my complaint and even hung up before I was done talking!!! Very rude and unprofessional. I will NOT be spending anymore money with this location and that manager needs some retraining on how to handle customers concerns or complaints.

After waiting 5+ min in the drive thru being 1 of 2 cars there I finally get my order. After pulling out and heading back to work I open my order and the burger is absolutely wretched... I requested easy on the pepper cream sauce they gave me DOUBLE SAUCE. They gave me so much sauce that bread got soggy and started to fall apart. And to make this shamble of a burger that much unpleasant, it's barely even warm. Cheese isn't melted (slightly cold) and I had to use 3 napkins just to save myself from drowning in the sauce. The kitchen while sitting at the window were all having a good time laughing and going about their business but in the process forgot to actually make a decent burger for the customer. Please do better y'all this is unacceptable for a $13 meal smh....

So, it was typical fast food from whataburger, but the staff at this location were super sweet and helpful. Was pleasantly surprised to have someone take my order with a smile. :)
