I’m usually a fan of Whataburger, but the hamburger meal I had last night was a real letdown. The burger was lukewarm, and the patty tasted like it had been sitting out for a while rather than cooked fresh. The veggies, which are normally crisp, were soggy, and the bun was already falling apart by the time I opened the wrapper.
To make things worse, the fries were barely warm and had lost all their crunch, and the drink tasted watered down. For the price and the reputation Whataburger has, I expected a much better experience. Overall, it felt rushed and low-effort—definitely not the quality I’ve come to expect.
I hope this was just an off night, but it was disappointing enough that I’m hesitant to go back anytime soon.

Went through the drive-through and ordered a patty melt and a spicy chicken sandwich without mayonnaise. The patty melt wasn't toasted properly, so it was just bread, and the spicy chicken sandwich did, in fact, have mayonnaise. With that being said, they were accommodating when I went inside and they switched out the chicken sandwich, and mgnt was nice about it. My patty melt tasted okay, but I had to think of it as an untrusted sandwich

Do not order at this location I’ve ordered from here several times and they will not make your order right. Something will be missing or they give you stale food. It sucks to pay extra for things and they just don’t give it to you. Trust me take a few minutes to drive to a different one were you have better chances of getting what you ordered.

This is one of the worst Whataburger locations we've been too. We've ordered from here numerous times out of convenience and it is almost always terrible. Last night we did an online order for 2 combos and a kids meal. Go to pick it up and the employee hands us a shake and order of fries. Nothing else. Tell him it's not right & he makes an excuse about the orders not printing but they'll make it (We got a receipt that was printed just fine). Then brings out the wrong order. Tell him and they try again but still not 100% correct. It was so disappointing. The burger barely had any lettuce and had small, mushy tomatoes but more mayo than the burger could hold. This location either needs new management or to shut down because it gives Whataburger a bad name.

Not even sure if the owner of this franchise will see this or if the employees I mention will get anything out of this but lately I’ve been going through some tough stuff in life and coming here and trying to interact with people I’ve met 3 people that I’ve had great interactions with them and can tell they genuinely have great customer service that being Joshua,Allison and Andrew all three of them have always been nice to me and really nice to other customers this is by far my favorite whata to come to

I upgraded my fries to a large onion rings. They were off, mushy yet looked burnt. They weren’t burnt so maybe old cooking oil. The burger was ok. The apple pie was off too, again probably due to the cooking oil. $26 for two meals, probably won’t be back for a while. Maybe that’s why the place was almost empty. Only two other people were dining.

Any location that I have ever visited of Whataburger. I have always been welcomed upon entering. Ample parking, clean exterior and grounds. The exterior always clean and inviting. Staff always ready to assist.
