The staff was very slow. They took a very long time to deliver our food. My boyfriend went to ask them how our food was coming along and a security guard approached him asking him to be less “disruptive” after we had waited longer than we should have for our food. Very disappointed in the service. 👎🏼

Did door dash did not receive my milk shake burgers had no onions didn't even put the ketchup in the bag that I asked for and food was terrible Whataburger was slacking tonight horrible experience guess forgot how there burgers supposed to be made and can't believe charged for something I didn't receive 😡

$7 for a medium drink and medium fry? You've gotta be kidding me.

The only reason why I'm coming by anymore is to use up my app points and to take advantage of the deals. But asking $7 for fries and a drink to get a free burger feels dumb.

Believe me, there are better deals elsewhere. Do not give these corporations your business anymore.

They gave us uncooked/bad food! Me and a friend of mine got food poisoning after eating at this location. I will never go here again and wouldnt recommend i couldnt even finish the sandwich it immediately made me feel sick and gave me stomache cramps. I have been dealing with the pain and symptons all day the nex day

Food came out surprisingly fast until I released its cold. The dude who feared ketchup then screamed “heard” when I asked for spicy. I guess he forgot what he just heard because he immediately sat down at the north next to mine and chatted with his friends.

honestly they always give me the right food, but if I ask for more than one sauce (which, one is charged for) 9/10 they forget it. but the staff is great. i understand whenever lines are long and stuff, no complaints on that. i'd say just check to make sure they give you all your sauces :) also i got the whatawings for the first time, they were mainly just a bunch of small crunchy pieces and i realized their whatawings are just the pieces of chicken strips that weren't adequate enough. i can't even be mad 🥴

Well i went late at night about 4 in the morning so there wasn't to much 🚦 traffic or no 🚫 traffic 🚦 at all so it was pretty much a good 😊 experience as far as it went....

I've been to this Whataburger quite a few times to give a fair review...First off, out of a total 6 sandwiches only 2 where sorta fresh(meaning the cheese actually melted)..the food was warm and the fries were hot. Half of my visits the sever handed my food in an upset manner talking to me with their back turned walking away at the same time stating "someone will be around shortly with ketchups"..it took 10 minutes by which I had already finished my food.. luckily, there was a ketchup pack already left by another guest that I used or else sadly I would've been out of luck...one of my visits I order 2 double meat with cheese. Only one of them had both slices required to make the burger actually taste like a double cheese burger.. the other only had one and you could barely taste the cheese. During this same visit the coke was tasting low on flavor and the Meer utterance of this to the front desk was meant with disbelief they had to "check for them selves" which took 5 minutes.. other than the employees having more fun policing for homeless and actually severing their guest this whataburger needs some work
