This was my very first visit to Whataburger here in San Antonio, TX 🇨🇱—I’m from Reno, NV 🏔️, and let me tell you, Justin made it unforgettable! 🙌 From the moment I walked in, the customer service was 💯. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was just right. He even said, “We’re better than In-N-Out” 🍔🔥—and as a BIG In-N-Out fan 😍, I was like, “Okay, let’s see!” Well… he wasn’t lying! 😏
I ordered the triple cheeseburger with no bun 🧀🧀🧀 and baaaaby—it was straight 🔥🔥🔥! Juicy, flavorful, and seasoned to perfection 😋. I also grabbed the chicken strips 🍗—crispy, tender, and full of flavor. My only letdown? I asked for extra onions 🧅 and didn’t get any 😩—and listen, I love onions. A burger without onions just doesn’t hit the same! Still, the flavor was so on point, it almost made up for it.
Y’all definitely made a fan outta me 💃🏾💥. Now I’m just hoping Whataburger brings all this deliciousness to Nevada soon 🤞🏽🍔💛

I wanted to express how peaceful this location is and the people here are very friendly, especially Miss Mary Helen. She definitely took care of anything that I needed for my visit making sure that I was fully satisfied there as a customer was definitely staying busy around the area as well making sure this place looked tip top for all the customers for the day! The food was definitely fresh and prepared to please any craving. I was having definitely recommend this location five stars for me.

Every time I get food from here the fries are shorted. The box is only filled half way and I'm getting less than a medium that is full so why pay more. All the sandwiches are trash but at least the fries and drink are good even when filled half assed

The car in front of us was waiting 5+ minutes at the drive thru window , then we get asked to park why couldn’t we just wait at the window. Then we ask the lady how much longer and she asks the manager and he yells why rudely. She then says because the customer is asking and yet we still get asks to park even though they didn’t have the other customers park in front of us.

Today was a very busy day for WATABURGER .TODAY WAS .75 CENT WATABURGERS .I WAS AFRAID TO ORDER BUT I TOOK MY CHANCES.I GOT TO TIP MY HAT OFF TO THE STAFF TODAY I PLACE MY ORDER N I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH IT .MY FRIES WERE FRESH N HOT N MY BURGER WAS GREAT.AGAIN GREAT JOB TO EVERYONE THAT WORKED THIS AM . KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.
Entirely too slow in the mornings. This is supposed to be fast food, I shouldn't be late to work because it takes upwards of 10 minutes to make one breakfast sandwich. The employees seem young and self absorbed, and they have no sense of urgency. Most likely will stop going to this location.

I do not recommend this Whataburger to anyone I have never received a worse meal and I had to use uber eats because of vehicle issues tik tok has been advertising Whataburger salads so I thought I’d try worst what I ordered and what I got I stance then my chicken was missing it was just thrown together wilted lettuce my sons burger and fries was cold fries just nasty I called the store spoke with manager Alejandro who told Me I would need to get with uber since I ordered from a third party which I understand but they didn’t make the food they just delivered it he told me I could come back to get the order remade a after getting a ride to the Whataburger he just gave me my salad which looked like he added the chicken that was missing and gave me the exact same one I returned not the other part of the order. Not to mention the family behind me was there to receive a meal that they had received cold food and the manager told them to come and they can receive there order at no charge
