An hour waiting in a 3 car line drive through absolutely ridiculous! Making it not convenient at all. Then, after waiting for so long. Having to pull up to the front to wait for just one burger & onion rings. Could see from the drive-through window employee was a lazy worker moving so slow taking all the time to do the most minimum task..

this wataburger is always a miss for me not sure why i'll stick to bandera even tho it's a farther drive im always in the drive thru for 15 mins + or if you go inside don't get acknowledged that im there for atleast 5 mins or so my food is always cold

Well, I was going to give it 2 stars. But, don't care for the dismissive and unapologetic attitude of the young man who finally brought me our curbside order. Ticket order notes 4/10/2025 3:56 PM. Received our order at 4:45. This is after notification of my presence in slot #1 at approximately 4:10. Saw a customer who pulled in slightly after I pulled in, drive off with their order and a customer who arrived just before I did drive off. So, checked again at 4:27 told it would be right out but not before another customer drove in collected their order and drove off. Then finally the individual with the attitude I noted above delivered the, it'll be right out 3:56 PM order, approximately 10 minutes later 4:37. So, I may boycott this Whataburger for a year or more as I did once before after viewing a disrespectful service of an elderly customer. Plus, a serious decline in service, I personally experienced. This is a Whataburger I enjoyed based on the staff upon my initial years of visiting and upon revisiting and encountering respectful, attentive and efficient staff during my 27+ years in this community.

I've been here a few times, and it's very hit or miss (more often a miss tbh). The store CAN be clean, have fresh food made well, and have good service. HOWEVER, more often than not, it can be the worst service possible, look as if it has not been cleaned in days, smells bad, and have cold food that's made wrong. They need to do better, but I'll say if you go around midnight, everything if fresh, and the service is a little slow, but it's worth it for hot food made right skip daytime because that's clearly when the C- team works
