Ordered a #4 with no lettuce no tomato and add ketchup. None of the requested was done, if I had an allergy I would be pissed. It’s funny how fast food employees want higher wages yet can’t even make a burger correctly during the slowest time of the day.

Very bad experience .. i got my order wrong with missing sandwiches and burger with NO PATTIES (just buns and veggies)!! after waiting for like 50 mnts. I tried to communicate with the manager but he ddnt care and ddnt believe me and claimed that he checked the order himself and after spending another 20 mnts talking to the manager he offered to remake the missing sandwiches.. but i refused because i ddnt want wattaburger anymore an that point.

I had to come back three times 1- cashier put in the wrong combo ordered #10 and got charged for #2 2- got OVERRING FOR CHARGE got rang up correct but ended up getting grilled chicken instead of crispy 3- had to go back to store for another remake already late for work 4-went back ask for everything fresh
Got a soggy crispy chicken fresh onion rings free pie
5- got back to my office and realize it look like they just switch grilled out for crispy and crispy should have been called soggy chicken sandwich 6- back for the third time The one time I had craving for FRESH WHATABURGER CHICKEN SANDWHICH
had to deal with this
Smh guess I will stick with the burger instead

I ordered online and they did not receive my order and they couldn’t do anything and my poor delivery driver didn’t know what to do what a disgrace
They always lack on something every time we get from this location. It's like nobody like to work at this location. It could be management or it could be just an employee that brings bad vibes to others, not sure! But they need fixing at this location.

We had a bad order but Rolland was able to fix it and accommodate with a faster response than most locations. We travel a bit to get to this particular one as it's always been a favorite so to finally have a good order again is wonderful. Thank you very much Rolland and we will continue to come here. We don't go inside anymore because well people, so we can't rate atmosphere sufficiently but Thank you!!

Services so slow how many people standing around doing nothing 10 to 15 minutes to get a order one chicken biscuit
Got the tiniest taquito ever. Waited forever when there was only person in line. It was 5:40 a.m. Very small taquito, it's laughable.
