I lost my purse there and one of the workers grabbed it, put it in the back office until I could track it down and come get it and I had all my money in it. I think the worker who did this I was in San Antonio for my grandson’s graduation from Boot Camp if the worker wasn’t so honest it would’ve ruined my trip. Thank you again.

By far the best whataburger I've been to. The register lady, Anna, was very friendly and kind. I only waited a few minutes til I got my order, the worker Anna came around the lobby for any assistance needed. I asked for ketchup but ran out sooner than expected, the manager I believe, gabe, came around the lobby himself to assist and customer in the lobby. Ask Gabe for some ketchup and immediately sought to my needs. 10/10 and highly recommend this whataburger.

Honestly food is ok. This place just takes FOREVER. Why can’t managers help with this situation. People leave because it takes 10- 15 minutes to get your order through drive threw

I typically don’t comment on fast food places because quite honestly, their food is almost never as pictured. Tonight after pulling a very long and tough shift, I opted for a quick meal. I ordered in drive thru, the young lady ( Maddy) I think… was very pleasant, she repeated my order and verified, I had to change a couple of things while ordering (my fault not hers)and she initially missed that only one order was going to have onion rings, once I corrected her, she nailed it. Kudos to the kitchen staff as well because my fish and chicken sandwich was cooked and prepared perfectly. Night shifts often get a bad rap for quality of service and food but not this team tonight. Keep up the good work guys, and kudos to the night mngt. as well.

Waited 15 minutes next to the window while my shake sat there inside the windows the server completely ignoring me and taking orders out to every other vehicle including the ones behind me. And talking to another co-worker both co-workers just looked at me multiple times and continue to ignore me. When I finally got the shake her response was if I had known you had just ordered a shake you would have gotten it a lot sooner. The orders are right in front of you and I would assume you would be looking at them considering you served the cars behind me multiple times. This was pretty freaking rude

Yesterday my order was not very good. The Whataburger #1with cheese had too much mustard on it. Lettuce was just left overs. I forgot to say no pickles on it. And was prepared a little messy with h paper not wrapped properly. Onion rings did not seem fresh. Like they were left over and was just sitting on the warming tray. Didn't even look fresh. I guess I should've asked for fresh ones. Will never order them here again. A waste of money when your order is not made right. But I know next time. Just not satisfied this time with my order. The older cashiers are more experienced with orders
