It was not very welcoming and the new seating is horrible I miss the comfy booth now it's all wooden chairs and the service was not great I had to wait for my shake while I ate I had nothing to drink and had to ask for ketchup for my fries it was like I was bothering them but was only people in store my husband and myself and they were not busy at around 5am yet I had to wait both times and when food was ready she made it seem like I had to walk to counter to get it even though we were at a table waiting. It's not usually like this but I had to speak up my hubby's biscuits were pretty hard and my patty melt was cold and fries rubbery. Not happy with this visit especially for the price it should been much better service at least

I love whataburger!!! My 4 star is because on my #1 I ask for cheese and no mustard add mayo and most times they get it right, but it's usually got cheese and mustard or no cheese and mustard etc....this is usually thru the drive thru but occasionally inside as well.
Normally, this location has its act together. Tonight, it was horrible. 30 minutes to get a #1 combo and the shift manager could not even come to apologize..she sent one of the other employees. That is not being a responsible manager. I come to this location quite frequently and have never had this porblem.

I swung through the drive-thru, changed my order after they’d already given me the total (sorry 😅), and they still got everything perfect. The woman taking orders was so polite and had the sweetest smile, and the guy at the second window was just as cheerful. It might sound small, but seeing genuine smiles from fast-food workers honestly made my whole visit brighter.
And the food? Hot, fresh, and classic Whataburger delicious 😋. Their onion rings? I could write love letters to those things.
