I go here daily and i spend over $20.00 per day at the lowest, most of the time it's around $50 a day. Yesterday, I placed an online order and 30 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready, the receipt was black so you couldn't see anything printed, and the order was still wrong, and when i went to the counter to address it, the manager gave me an attitude instead of fixing the problem. The tea was old, bitter tasting too. Today after ordering food and eating it, i asked them to please unlock the restroom and i was told i am not allowed..... But they took my money but they wouldn't open the restroom for their customers..... Other customers saw it today too. That's two days in a row that I was disrespected in front of everybody, humiliated in front of everybody, but for what? Truth is, I spend most of my money here at whataburger. The manager is the most unprofessional, rude and many customers saw her behavior. Nobody should be treated that way. This is discrimination and I am hiring an attorney.

Its Whataburger never great hardly ever bad never get my order right lettuce mayo BBQ sauce how hard Is that really it's not a complicated request easy I thought no BBQ sauce so they just gave Me a packet so I could put it on myself SMH. Fries were fresh !

As soon as we walked in was greater by the manager Malachai, he made sure our order was correct. Even when the kitchen was backed up with orders he made sure to keep us in the loop and check in on us so we didn’t wait for long period of time, he made us feel very welcomed and was on top of everything. Food was good and to temperature, atmosphere was friendly and calm and the restaurant was clean even when they were busy. Definitely would come back

Don't have whataburgers where we live. Food was hot, order was accurate and personnel are friendly, courteous and professional.
