I walked in and even with a full drive through got my food within 10 minutes, the foods fresh and hot and the employees are respectable and efficient

Asked for fresh chicken for my honey bbq chicken strip sandwich. They refried my chicken instead of making fresh chicken. Waited 15 minutes for some real dark hard chicken. I didn’t complain no need it’s fast food whatever. But absolutely embarrassing that you’ll refried my chicken lol. Hella dirty looks from most of the workers, and kitchen dirty stuff is everywhere. I won’t be returning to this location

Went through the drive through at 3am and ordered a meal and an extra hash brown and got all the way home to find out they didn’t give the hashbrown. I called to speak to the manager and was told “okay one sec” and someone handed off the phone to a woman who just said “hello”, so I explained the situation but she sounded annoyed from the very moment they passed her the phone and kind of just blew it off and said “okay sir well you can come by and get it” kind of with sarcastic tone. I told her I wasn’t going to drive all the way back for a hashbrown and asked if maybe they can just comp me a meal or something later and wrote my name down, and she said “no I can’t do that if you want want your hashbrown then you can get a desert or something” also again with an annoyed tone. Pretty crazy to get treated this way for no reason she didn’t even ask me for my name??? Nor did she even give me hers until I asked but she said her name was Ellena, I just said okay thanks and we hung up. Guess I will just get robbed of my money because it wasn’t worth dealing with her attitude over something I clearly paid for and had a receipt. I know she offered to give it to me but what kind of service or resolution is that? There is also me having to get back in my car and waste gas and time to fix their mistake. I don’t think asking for a meal at a later date was too much to ask for??? Thanks Ellena for treating me like this was my fault 👍🏼 this whole crew was slow and rude and I was the only car there is the crazy part.

Didn’t even get the food we ordered and when we asked for regular ketchup only they gave us all spicy ketchup.

The food was good but it made me really sick. I literally threw up twice that night, and the next day I couldn’t do anything but sleep because I was so weak. That and I think a few years ago I got sick from this exact place. I only ate at this location twice and both times I got sick. Never eating here again because I fear for my health if I decide to eat here again

Staff is incompetent. Charged me for the wrong order, handed me the wrong order, and then blamed me for the error. Then they wouldn't take the bag back because I don't know, touching my credit card it cleaner then touching the bag you handed me 5 seconds earlier. You asked for my name when I placed the order. The point of asking for the name is to use it. So instead of asking questions about what I ordered when I pull up, maybe you should use my name. Just a thought. Ryan was the crew member that took my order and performed the exchange at the window. He is already cited for being rude in another review just 8 weeks ago. I would concur with that review. Ryan needs some training or something.

If I remember correctly, I was there to buy a breakfast sandwich. This was early in the morning, around 5:00 a m. Your morning staff was courteous and pleasant.

Parking: It was 5 am. in the morning, so there were plenty of parking spaces available.

I honestly have been a regular customer and so have my family because we love Whataburger and their service but after tonight, I'm changing my Whataburger location to somewhere else. A general manager with grey short hair I don't appreciate being accused of lying about missing food and not coming back sooner. I live near y'alls location and there was traffic. I arrived within 5 minutes. Then workers have long nails and no gloves. Then no hair tied up. Isn't that a violation against food health safety? I will be letting my family and friends know about the service I just witnessed because they also have a problem with that manager Everytime. I have kids and they can easily get sick with y'alls unprofessional service. Sorry but I won't be coming back and my family. Bad enough look at McDonald's on their burgers e-coli. Who knows what we will get sick with due to unprofessional uniform regulations. If my kids get sick I will be calling the health inspector and the main manager of the store. Ridiculous

Was in outside lane. Took forever. Worker was doing one car at a time doing payment and taking their food.
Location by my house has way better service and faster. Didn’t even give me spicy ketchup like I ordered.
