We ordered a peppermint coffee on Thanksgiving morning. We assumed we would get hot coffee because the drive-thru person didn’t ask us if we wanted iced or hot. Unfortunately we had to turn the iced coffee away. We ended up getting our peppermint coffee but they didn’t ask us or offer cream a sugar. Our bacon was undercooked. Not sure if that’s because we turned away iced coffee or coincidental. I saved it so I could add cream and sugar at home. Then I realized that I have better coffee at home. Whomp.

What the heck happened to Whataburger? Oh, yeah- corporate bought them out. 20 mins inline, FINALLY got my order. No napkins, no ketchup, what a poorly ran corporation. Want to through the kitchen into a tizzy, ask them to toast the bun, and hot fries.

It’s been a couple years that I have gotten something here to eat, lucky I came to grab lunch for my family and me. I came in to the drive thru and the girl that took my order was very kind and patient. When they pulled me up on the second lane a boy came and was very kind as well. My order came out correct and was delicious as expected. Hope they continue their outstanding service.

She was excited to take my order and had the most amazing customer service I have seen in quite some time.
