The food was ok, my order was wrong and had to have it remade. My strawberry shake was extremely sweet, I ended up getting a fountain drink, instead of drinking the shake.

Been to this location a couple of times and the food is great! By far the best Whataburger I have ever been to. The patty was seasoned and cooked just right, the vegetables were fresh and crunchy. The staff are welcoming with a friendly smile. If you want fast service, good and fresh food come to this place!

Wented to Whataburger #315 at INGRAM PARK MALL on 8-9-25 at 10:37 a.m. Drive- thur is VERY, VERY SLOW! NO SENSE OF URGENCY! I asked for freshly cooked hashbrowns. But like ALWAYS, cold & soggy. It will NEVER, NEVER CHANGE. Gravy was Hot but had NO TASTE or FLAVOR! WHY? 🤔

Dude with the tattoos gave me an attitude because I kept hearing him say my order wrong. One sprite and one come but I wanted both sprites. So I turned my truck of told him again, and he kinda snapped at me. Didn't like that, won't be coming to this whataburger again.

Gilbert I believe a manager was extremely nice, I was missing a fry with my meal so he fixed the problem and gave me also the sauce I paid for as well since I didn’t get that either. Good customer service and would come again

Drive thru was terrible took 15 minutes to get my food. Very slow, inattentive, and no apology or explanation for the wait.

The locks on the bathroom doors require an employee to allow you to use them. The lock from the inside says press this button to lock it. Well that lock can be overridden by the same employee. Was surprised to have someone walk right on in mid poop. Food was decent.

Grace is such a perfect fast food

Stood at counter for at least 5 minutes. The counter lady passed me by at least 3 times before she stopped and asked if I wanted to order. They were busy but I think someone should of least said “ welcome to Whataburger” 🙂 overall it was soso
