I don’t know if they just got a new manager or what but the lady managing tonight did not know what she was doing I went through the drive through and automatically the person on the speaker was getting our order wrong she didn’t even let us finish our order she interrupted us and said our order will be at the window, I tried giving the benefit of the doubt but then I received a completely different order from what I ordered. When I went in to get my order corrected the manager seemed fine she even asked if I wanted ketchup I told her to give me five spicy ketchups because I had ordered 5 burgers, when I get home I see the manager was being stingy and barely gave me three ketchups for a order that had five burgers and a order of fries. Do better

The food is good, customer service isn’t bad. The wait time is extensive, but worth the wait.

Drive Thru was busy but efficient. Burger was great but the fries were room temperature. Just a busy time I guess.

This is the slowest and most careless Whataburger I've ever been too. I'm not even going to explain what's happened here because of how many chances I've given it

My neighborhood joint
often slow drive through but mostly younger folks work there. They are friendly and usually get the order right. The neighborhood can be rough so I don't dine in

I ask for cheese on burger, get charged for cheese. Get home? No cheese on burger. Blyat
Tried Whataburger on Roosevelt Avenue for the first time, and it was a disappointing experience. Despite only one other customer ahead of me, I had an unusually long wait and felt forgotten while in line. I ordered the Bacon and Cheese Whatameal with onion rings and fries, plus some chicken tenders a la carte. Unfortunately, the food was served cold—both the sides and the chicken tenders—and the burger itself was just mediocre.
I was hoping to see what all the hype was about, but the lack of freshness and slow service left me underwhelmed. Maybe the experience would’ve been better if the food had been hot, but as it stands, I don’t see myself coming back.

Usually good food at this location
Please instruct your WINDOW ATTENDANTS TO SPEAK UP WHEN REPEATING THE CUSTOMERS ORDER...THERE IS TO MUCH NOISE IN THE ATMOSPHERE AND LOUD MUSIC IN THE DRIVE THRU BY OTHER WAITING CARS...SO PLEASE SPEAK OUT LOUDER SO THE ORDER WILL COME OUT RIGHT..THANK YOU. FROM A FAITHFUL WHATA BURGER FAN..
