We typically do drive-through and occasionally dine in. This locations food is decent. It's not the best Whataburger, but not the worst either. This location half the time messes up the drive-through order, after waiting 3 business days in line to get it. And what's the deal with no napkins sometimes?! Why did that sound like Jerry Seinfeld?
Fries are awesome though, and the #22 with sausage is tasty and always consistent which is odd. Maybe they come prepackaged lol
Only bummer was they forgot to put in the two side orders of Honey Mustard into the two bags. Food was fantastic!!

Lately, me and my mom have been having bad experiences at this restaurant location. For a while, we stopped coming here. The reason being is, well this might sound weird, but we feel the people here like the cooks and staff don't like us. Me and my mom always order the same thing, why? Well that's our business. We feel this restaurant has taken it personal that we order the same thing, and several times, they have messed up on our orders, and our orders I will say are very simple, very simple, we don't order a darn buffet for Christ sake lol. Today we tried this place again, and the cashier had a surprised look on her face when she saw us again, and at the same time, a dislike look. Like I said, I know it sounds weird, and I'm not crazy, I saw it on her face, her eyes spoke it. Then my sister made a comment, she said, "Maybe she gave y'all that look because she's wondering why y'all still going there knowing they don't like you". Hmm, well that could be, I don't know. Oh and the last time my mom ordered a unsweet tea, it tasted like pee, like somebody peed in it, it had a strong mango taste. So, this is my review of this location, hopefully management does something about this because this isn't right and too it just seems here they care more about making money than making sure the customers are happy. I think management here needs to put their employees under review or something, not to get them fired no, but to look at the work they're doing, another words, watch them, making sure the orders are correct and all the food is in the bag, nothing is missing. I hope something changes.

Alfredo Perez and his team had this location running like a well-oiled machine! Ricky was amazing too!
Put in my mobile order when I was across town, set it for a certain time. When I arrived at that set time, I waited less than 2 minutes and they brought the order to my vehicle. Fast and prompt, wasn't missing any napkins or condiments.
