This place really knows how to mess up a good burger. Ordered the Monterey melt , both patties were burnt and so were the vegetables. Also ordered burgers with no onions on all burgers and all had onions.

Anytime I’ve ordered, I have asked for the number 1. Which is very simple.. the only thing I change is mayo instead of mustard. And everytime I’ve gotten my burger it’s had mustard on it. I feel disappointed because I never say anything , but the fact it happens each time kind of bothers me.

Lady at the first window rung my burger wrong the first time. I handed her my remake order including my fried and brownies I had with the meal. Then proceeded to go back and explained to her how I wanted it made. I pull up to 2nd window get my correct burger made but missing my damm items. I proceeded to look at the receipt of the remake order and it’s wrong again! I had to call for manager again. Unacceptable.

We love Whataburger (and Burger Boy). Great places! Whataburger's Patty Melt is among the most delicious burgers you will find anywhere. Their fries are very good but McDonald's wins that battle hands down. For some reason nobody can cook fries right in Texas except McDonald's. However, I've always felt comfortable dining in Whataburger (something I can't say about McDonald's). This particular Whataburger and most Whataburgers are really nice, clean, and modern. Their service is also consistantly outstanding. This is our go-to Whataburger whenever visiting Sea World, the AFB, or the Westside. Thank you!
