I came to Whataburger for an early lunch today. I had the cheese and bacon burger and I got a small white chocolate peppermint shake…can we say yummy!! The burger tasted good and the shake is Devine!!
The lady who took my order yelled at the poor guy who brought my food to me all because I was not aware there are no refills through the drive-thru and neither was he. This was around 1:30 am on 11/18. Really ruined the whole experience, especially when I can see it happen. I would have been fine going inside to refill my water, there was no line so I figured it was a harmless ask. I guess not. I can completely understand how stressful a job can be but never would I take my frustrations out on someone else. The guy was really kind, I don’t understand why she would be so rude. Rude enough for him to have to apologize to me at the window, for something we both did not know. If the manager wants to reach out, I’ll save my receipt so you can see who was on that shift. If that was the manager then that’s just really unfortunate. Food was good, I just know that was not cool.

Family member not only received a complimentary iced coffee on Veterans Day, but also an American flag pin! The pin was very nice to receive on account of honoring service in the military. Coffee was also very delicious with amazing service. Thank you for participating on Veterans Day Whataburger!

I had a salad and it was hot when it should be cold, but when I saw this roach crawling near us I lost my appetite. The workers are not customer service at all too the managers. I will never go to this whataburger 😒 sick..
