Whataburger harbors kids to work here!!
Pathetic, I mean pathetic customer service!!! Not just here but most locations!!
The training is absolutely subpar!!! Kids do not know how to talk with adults and they do not understand what customer service is!
There is bad experiences all the time at whataburger! However thinks that this place is good does not know what good food and service is!

Made an order on the app about 2 minutes away from the location. Parked, pur my parking spot number in the app. Took a while for my order to come out but they did seem a little busy. However as I drove off, I reached into the bag to get some fries to eat on the way home and they were already pretty much cold. Ugh...

I don't know what was going on, but I went through the drive thru and waited in line for about fifteen minutes from the time I placed my order until I received my food.

Waited 30 mins for 3 items and was even told that my drink was light ice, might as well paid for a small with the amount of ice.

Food was good just literally not 1 ketchup in the bag that’s crazy or napkins that’s cause they asked us and we told them specifically we were staying at a hotel.

I ordered my meal online. They don't have a designated pick up section for pre-paid pick up. I had to wait in line. Why did I order and prepay online? The food was not the quality of other Whataburger restaurants. I ordered biscuits with gravy. The gravy was so runny it could have passed for soup. I have been disappointed by this location in the past but it's been a couple years so I thought I would give them a chance to see if things have improved. That's was a mistake 🤦🏻‍♀️ I do love Whataburger but not this location. 😕 Unfortunately it's the closest to my home but I'll drive a little further for better food quality and better service.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Whataburger location for a long time and usually have a good experience. But recently, the quality control has really gone downhill. A while back, they forgot the actual meat on my burger — which was shocking, honestly. I let it slide thinking it was just a rare mistake. But now, my most recent order was missing the cheese. These aren’t small slip-ups — they’re pretty big errors that make me wonder what’s going on with the staff or kitchen process lately. I really hope management tightens things up because I want to keep coming back, but this pattern is frustrating.
