Brenda is a very kind and understanding individual, I’ve noticed that service is always better when she is managing the place. Perry is a really nice guy and does an amazing job at keeping the restaurant clean. Food is always hot and the order is right, this location has really turned itself around.will be returning!!!

Had an online order and they forgot the cookie. When we went back around to let them know, they tried to argue that it was in the bag. I checked the bags several times and it wasn’t in there like I’m obviously not gonna sit here and lie to get a free cookie but I do expect to receive what I ordered. That was weird and in my opinion bad service. They ended up getting us one but the back and forth was petty and ridiculous.

This place sucks.everytime something is ordered in person or drive thru or online. everything is wrong, manager argued whole time on phone! was rude, could not speak clearly or even understand order was wrong kept denying or taking accountability.was rude and thinking wanted free food. Just wanted to tell her the staff sucks. and customer service is awful all the time.

Giving service and atmosphere 1 star. Went and ordered a meal after work. I don't know what was happening at time of visit but workers were in a rush cleaning everything. Operator Brenda Ramos I believe was working the front and it was a little hectic. When I came in I ordered online for dine in. I went to her told her online order and before I could finish she cut me off saying orders like that come up automatically. No name given no reason why I was telling her this information. Ok someone at her level is that rude a customer then there must be more to her attitude. So I sat down and waited and waited. I finally got annoyed enough where I got back up to check what was going on. When I did she (Ramos) was bagging orders a kid was boxing the fries etc. The kid just finished mine without knowing it was mine. So Im trying to tell him that was my order. Ramos overwhelmed with bagging orders started getting and had a real demanding voice towards the kid for not being fast enough. Look I'm sorry that you're overwhelmed bagging stuff but it shouldn't be taken out on the employees. It's how you easily lose employees she obviously has no respect for her employees or customers. Definitely will never get her my business again.

I left my ACC on and fell asleep when I woke my battery was dead and I was trapped I rarely impose on people I cannot add burden to another it affects everything around them by interrupting their flow my emergency isn't theirs but now I was not able to start my deliveries. I walked inside the store and saw two Whataburger team members having a convoy. I pick up and deliver from there all the time and stage there for deliveries I just asked the front manager she pointed at Kieth and his coworker being trapped created a driver that quashes false humility quickly I asked do you have jumper cables Kieth had this (at first) non trusting be ready for it stance and expression and rightfully so since all the homeless squat inside along with all those gear including their bikes strip all the paper products from the place soil everything so I'm sure they thought ok what's he up to. Then Kieth mentally kicked himself by admitting he had cables I was relieved I think he might be a night mgr or crew lead as his shirt is dark navy blue he said where's your car to be ease him and realize he e was doing a good thing I said I gopuff a my d skip cart I'm in here everyday plus I stage here it's safe. He said yeah I've seen you before. So he jumped my car.Just when your faith in humanity starts to wane a simple act of kindness neutralizes paranoia, fear, mistrust, and your heart grows 10 times too big...Five stars "KIETH!" DE SAVALA STORE I10 ACCESS ???????? LATE NIGHT CREW THANK YOU!OH and their SHAKE MACHINE RUNS 24/7 and have never been told it's out of service . Night and day crew rocks!

Review:I recently revisited Whataburger and decided to give their onion rings another try. To my amazement, I found that they were a little better than the last time I had them! Crispy on the outside, with a good balance of sweet onion flavor on the inside, although these onion rings need a little more work.What stood out to me the most was the improvement in texture and flavor. The batter was crispy, providing a crunch with each bite. The onions were cooked ok, retaining just the right amount of bite without being overly greasy.Compared to my previous experience, these onion rings were a bit better.

I have never, in approximately 40 years, had a Whataburger I didn't enjoy. I was at the Ramsey (78216) location today. Food was great. Staff was courteous even though they were tremendously busy at 1:45pm. Just noticed the online receipt says 12:45p but there was a time change 3/10. These people have their act together. 5*'s all the way.Parking: Drive thru was pretty packed, the parking lot too. Good thing they are quick. ?
