Ordered my usual #8 no cheese w/mayo. Waited entirely too long for a burger. I'm going to give it up. This was the third visit, and food was not tasty. Fries were cold. Cashier said they were cooking some, but I guess I qualified for last scraps. Thanks, but today, no thanks. Maybe I just need a break

Out of all the times me and my husband have come here, I think I’ve gotten to my limit. There has been multiple times where items will be wrong/missing from an order. I just ordered and my food was freezing cold. I try to be pretty understanding when it comes to those who work in the fast food industry. But if someone doesn’t like the job, find something else. It shows in the food. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location.

This location is the worst. The orders are never right and food is always cold and always takes forever to get food. Live around the corner and I’ve never ever had 1 single order ever right. Tonight is the night that broke me, I’ll never go back.Same yourself the trouble and don’t ever go to this location unless you just love disappointment.

Order wrong! Got a bacon bob and fries,?! Bacon was hard af! Fries!? I didn’t get ‘em!??? Oh I take that back I got 1small ass fry that was half burnt and the hash browns that were in there that was half ass warm! Thanks Whataburger on 6950 - 1604 east by Walmart. Check your order for freshness and your items for correctness! Didn’t taste that great either. I’ll probably get sick from it! 👏👏👏👎🏼 remember bout karma people😼

The food was amazing but oh my goodness was it dirty…. About 30 flies just at front counter literally all in my face, on register, drink area, and more… None of the workers smiled at me when I came to order at all and I felt like I was bothering them! Do not want to feel like that. Definitely recommend doing just drive thru or the one on pat booker
