Whataburger didn't go down hill, it went off the cliff... I used to eat Whataburger quite often and have never been disappointed until my last experience. Nothing but a sellout corporation now. Never again will I eat there.

Solid food. Courteous staff. Immaculately clean. Came in around midnight (when most fastfood places are known to be dingy) & the place was sparkling clean. Everything we ordered was great! Thanks!

Wouldn’t take my order, said they don’t take bills over $20…. Money is money…if you need more money because you can’t make change you send managers to the bank. It’s an inconvenience for you never inconvenience the customer. Need better training in the management team. I’ve been there and know you work to never say no you work to problem solve. This company will continue to spiral down the drain like so many others.
