I have to share my experience because things went from bad to AMAZING! Todd! He was amazing!! I had a salad from here a few weeks back and I found a bug in my salad.. I want to say it came from manufacturing company not from location specifically.. I called and sent an email. The whole time Todd tried his hardest to make it better. .well he did! Took me weeks to go back since I kept thinking I could find a big again!! I went back today and Todd gave me a free salad to make up for the other one!! He gave me so much reassurance that things could be different and they truly were! I can say this location has my trust again! Todd is running this location amazingly and making sure every customer has the best experience!

Heavenly Hell
We come here all the time. The girl who was servicing tonight made things very difficult to just order the big breakfast platter. She repeated it back to us three times as though she was not paying attention and she seemed to be laughing. We had to leave we couldn't stay this happen at about 11:05 p.m.

My good meal came with sticker not attached to bag securely and part of my fries in large was only half way full so either the driver ate part of my meal or your forgot half my fries highly mad spent

Went through drive thru forgot some items even though order was repeated back, patty melts were sloppy prepared, fries were not fresh. Service was decent as server was nice and repetitive but didn't double check what was bagged
The customer service experience I had was absolutely terrible. I used the drive-thru for a curbside pickup and was actually pleased with the speed of my order's preparation. However, when I thanked the employee for the fast service, she responded with an extremely hostile attitude—the worst I have ever encountered in a fast-food setting. This employee made me feel entirely unwelcomed, as though I was a burden on the staff. Due to this unacceptable behavior, I will be permanently avoiding this location.

Our family decided to dine in today after a softball tournament, and we were warmly greeted at the door by Deirdrah. She not only took our order but also brought the food out to us once it was ready. While we were eating, we noticed how hard she was working—cleaning and arranging tables, wiping them down, and making sure the dining area stayed tidy. When I say she was hustling, I mean it—she wasn’t wasting a second. It’s rare these days to see someone so dedicated and focused on their job. Even though the food itself wasn’t the best, Deirdrah’s attitude, efficiency, and work ethic made our visit a genuinely positive experience. She’s a real asset to the team!

The slowest service ever! Drive thru is always 15 min+ even when there is no line!! I’ve ordered ahead of time to see if it speeds things up but still a 10+ min wait
